[Resolved] Luminous Water Tech — wrong balance include in my no | |
Dear Team,
Kindly Provide to me good Service. I inform you that ,I have take postpaid service in my no [protected] the month of April, then provide to me that your local call 10 paisa, airtel to airtel & your std call charge 40 paisa. 300 sms free.
In month of 11th July I have paid 821 rupees ,then in 12th August I have paid 1050 rupees. After this i have check my balance in yester day evening that 678 rupees till 26th august, but today morning i have check my balance that 26th august 374. your bill amount. then i talk with customer care in 198, they said you have dial ISD call so generate this balance, can i know how it possible ?. check & provide to me detail call rate in my no. & disconnect my no from Airtel Service. as soon as possible.
I also awaiting your positive response.
