[Resolved]  Enps — Error when e-Sign the document - Online NPS creation

I could complete NPS account creation online. Payment also done. But when doing the otp verification, it showed a blank white page and then invalid page error when doing e-sign of the document. I got my PRAN number. But when log in with PRAN number, it shows PRAN does not exist in database. I did not receive any email also with PRAN number.
When trying to complete the registration, it shows registration is completed. How can I complete the e-sign of the document and receive mail.
