EPFO — PF amount not yet reflected in my current PF account

Hello,

I have switched my job in 2017 and completed all relevant procedure for transferring the PF amount from the previous PF account (TCS) to the latest PF account in 2018. I have also received Annexure K in 2018 stating the PF amount from TCS is transferred to my current PF account. However, In the EPFO portal, the data reflected as "amount '0' approved and settled." and the amount is still not transferred to my current PF account.

The details of PF accounts are as below:
Previous PF A/C (TCS company): MHBAN[protected]
Current PF A/C: MHBAN[protected]

Kindly take the appropriate action at the earliest to transfer the TCS PF amount to my current company PF account and also reflecting the correct data at EPFO portal.

I have also registered this at Grievance through
EPF i Grievance Management System in 2020 and 2021.
