[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard aquasure ro | |||
I, anil kumar verma, purchased one eureka forbes’ aquaguard ro system model: aquasure xpert from m/s reliance digital, srs mall, gomti nagar, lucknow on 13th aug 2016. The supporting documents are append herewith. 2. I got the delivery on 14th aug 2016 and installation was performed on 17th aug 2016. The installation was conducted by m/s reliance digital or m/s eureka forbes itself however the unit fell down from the mounting place merely within 24 hours of installation early in the wee hours of morning while we were in sleep resulting into problem in display and water leakage. 3. After numerous complaints from my side to both m/s eureka forbes and m/s reliance digital, m/s reliance sent a service engineer who is only saying to repair the display however silent about the water leakage. The unit is lying in my kitchen in faulty condition and i have been forced to purchase filtered water on daily basis to meet my day to day water consumption. I am in tremendous tension both mentally and economically (As purchasing water). 4. There is no fault from my side and this unit was purchased from hard earned money. I sincerely feel that m/s reliance digital or m/s eureka forbes will keep the goodwill established and will replace my unit with new one while without causing any further difficulty to me in this regard. Eurekaforbes is really pathetic. I entered into service contract ( AMC) for two years and continuous break down for 3 times in 6 months. When raised complains attending technician demanding money. Why ???? under AMC every thing is covered except exterior. Now how to terminate the contract with them for poor services and poor attitude. I am also forced to to buy water
