Eureka Forbes — Defective filters and no service even after complaining to ceo
I had purchased an Aquaguard from EF and as par of regular annual maintenance Service person asked to change filters and charged Rs5800 on (Jul-20). During the month of March '21, filter stopped working and I had raised a complaint. Service person said filters got exhausted so they needs to be replaced. Said filters needs to be replaced after every 6000 Liters (Usage of approx 16.5Ltr per day), As it was pandemic I was expecting could have used and paid additional Rs.5900(Apr '21 - it took few weeks to resolve the issue), for replacement and renewal of AMC. Though my old AMC was still in force, I was forced to renew as apparently that was the only way to replace filters. Just after 2 months during Aug '21 filter stopped working again. Now the service person is suggesting me to pay additional Rs.6000 and get filters replaced. And stopped responding to all my calls / msgs. I have raised service request through SMS / WhatsApp / Customercare / Mail / Complaint mail sent to CEO. Still they dont have anyone to look into this issue. Its almost been a month now, that the filter isnt working and I would have to depend on other sources for drinking water. Was this information helpful?
