My Water Purifier stopped working and no water is coming hence I put up a complaint through their app on 27 mar 2025.
Nobody visited my place till the date.
I am having to buy mineral water from shops.
I have called many time to their helpline
Their answer is always same that we have highlighted your complaint and the executive will soon visit. but they never tell what do they mean by soon.
As per the service request, The executive should have visited the place by 1st of april 2025.
Whereas their last executive had given me his direct number and asked to call me if the issue occurs.
Even he is not answering the phone at all. I have tried hundred time.
They come to your place without fail for AMC renewal.
But when you need them. they don't have time.
Very Very pathetic service.
Stay away from them.
