[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — poor customer service_ amc water purifier | ||
I have taken a GOLD AMC for a AQUAGUARD SELECT CLASSIC+ water filter on 26th Feb 2025 by paying 2591 INR online for ONE YEAR. I have registered a service request on 27th Feb 2025 for Filter element change/service through App. Service Request No. CM[protected] Since no service rep turned up/contacted, I have been contacting Customer Care every day from 28th Feb onwards till date. Everytime, I was informed that the issue is being escalated and would be attended to immediately. But I regret to inform you that NO ONE has even contacted me till this moment. I have registered an email grievance with [protected]@eurekaforbes.com requesting for immediate service or refund of the AMC amount for which I received a reply stating that the Company norms did not allow refunds but the service would be attended immediately, But, no progtess till now. This is a highly unprofessional attitude from Eureka Forbes collectively. I am an old customer of eureka forbes products for the past 25 years and have never come across such inefficiency in customer service. Was this information helpful? | ||
Mar 9, 2025 Complaint marked as Resolved Eureka Forbes responded to my email complaint addressed to [email protected] on the same day. The service partner of the Company contacted over phone on the next day and the service completed on 6th March 2025 Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | ||
