Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased AMC from Eureka Forbes site. However, it was revealed that the app only had older model updated and I ended up purchasing AMC on it. I wrote an email to customer care on 4th June, 2025 citing the issue and to perform AMC correction. They raised a ticket: CM[protected] but it is 27th June now and there is no resolution. Every time I send a reminder, I get a template based email thanking me for my patience and cooperation!! I also logged a grievance via their forum. I got a call from them that they are looking into it and then went silent. There is no way to send reminder to grievance group. They have my money, are not correcting the AMC nor providing the service; neither they are refunding my money. Kindly help in getting it resolved at the earliest. Was this information helpful? Aug 10, 2025 Complaint marked as Resolved company did not transfer the AMC to the correct device. Instead they lapsed the 6 months of warranty and then created AMC for the new device with I paying a minor amount; filter, however was changed. Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 13, 2025 Updated by Abhishek.001 Dear Sir/Madam, After logging the complaint here, I started getting calls from Eureka Forbes assuring the service. I also received call from their technical department and I asked them to send the technician on 10th of July. However after that there is no progress in the matter. Eureka Forbes calls me (1-3 times a day) and when I pick up the call, they just disconnect and send me a SMS stating that they are looking into the matter, Dear Sir/Madam I am totally frustrated and need my money back from Eureka Forbes along-with a compensation of Rs 5 Lacs for wasting my time and harassing me at the same time.
