Dear consumer grievance officer,
I am filing this complaint against Eureka Forbes regarding the poor product quality and lack of service response for my water purifier.
1. I purchased AQUAGUARD SELECT DESIGNO UTC RO+UV+MTDS from Eureka Forbes which is within warranty
2. The purifier has a foul smell in the water, making it unsafe for consumption.
3. I registered a service request and was assured that a technician would visit.
4. Despite multiple follow-ups, no technician has arrived till now, and service appointments are repeatedly postponed.
5. Even when serviced in the past, the issue reoccurs within a few days, proving that the root cause is not fixed.
This delay and negligence in resolving a critical issue violates consumer rights. I demand:
✔ Immediate resolution of the issue OR a product replacement.
✔ Compensation for the inconvenience caused.
If this issue is not resolved within a week, I will escalate the matter further, including filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and taking legal action under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
I expect a prompt response and a permanent resolution.
