I have purchased your euro clean wet and dry product on line, i have received the Eurodiya 200 last week, 1st june2014 and as per instruction i put the same for charging for 6 hrs in sun light. But issue is diya not charging or some issue due to which its not working and same has been raised as complaint to your customer care, i.e on 2nd -june 2014. With complaint number as[protected]. But sorry to say this till today no one has responded, even after continues follow-up with sales executive nothing has happened so far. Please let me know what is your SLA for service. I am extremely unhappy . Please request you to take some necessary step and resolve my issue ASAP. [protected][protected][protected]---- Even after speaking to so called concerned person Mr. krishna.dasan [ manager for bangalore area] nothing happened. Even I sent couple of reminder emails but the people are so that they even don’t bother for emails. They are not bothered for updating the details or replying for the email or receiving the call. All this journey happened to me with eureka sales team [ Mr. Raju.] I am really repenting on this. As I made a mistake by becoming a customer for such a hopeless team .
