Hi team, i have purchased a product from eureka forbes website and a defective product has been delivered. I have reached customer care multiple times, they gave me multiple request numbers and they responded rudely. They said they would replace the product but not return it. But as per the eureka forbes website http://www.Eurekaforbes.Com/return-and-refund-policy, a product can be returned and is eligible for refund. Pls dont fool your customers. I have received multiple request numbers, every time I called your customer service and I can give you them below:
[protected] Request for replacement of the device,
Resolution: Issue not yet resolved and no update from the sales/customer team
[protected] Request for the refund of the amount as I am fed up with the services.
Resolution : No update yet.
[protected] Reminder for the earlier refund request.
Resolution : Waiting for Resolution.
Please refund my amount and would like to return the product and doesn't want to continue with your services.
