Hi team, i have purchased a product from eureka forbes website and a defective product has been delivered. I have reached customer care multiple times, they gave me multiple request numbers and they responded rudely. They said they would replace the product but not return it. But as per the eureka forbes website http://www.Eurekaforbes.Com/return-and-refund-policy, a product can be returned and is eligible for refund. Pls dont fool your customers. I dont want to contnue with your product and want my refund. Date of purchase: 13 nov 2015 date of delievry : 16 nov 2015

I have received multiple request numbers, every time I called your customer service and I can give you them below:
