[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — no urgency or seriousness in repair after buying amc

Hello,
They are only bothered by having more and more sales. After buying 8000 rs amc for a water filter for 2 yrs, i have got 5-6 more calls to upgrade my product but complaints resolution takes over a week. Executives visit after one week. I would like to cancel my amc and want a refund for my product (Whatever you can give) - calling direct executives or from urbanclap and problem would resolve in 1 day. But ao smith or other purifiers, they are much better. For the current problem, its been over a week and my product has yet not repaired. I have spent over 2000 rs in buying bisleri. My customer id is - [protected]. Let me know the process to cancel amc and claim a refund. if its paid service, the executive will visit within 2 hrs.

I raised complaint on 22 nd as it broke down within a week of repair. No one has even bother to call so far forget about fixing the issue.

Am throwing ur piece of ### - you can ### put it up your ###. Sorry for my abusive language but their is no other way I can express harassment and torture your company has caused and audacity to close complaint without even resolving it.
