[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — un professional staff | |||
I had purhchsed aquaguard enhance ro + uv1649 on date 09/4/2014 with transaction id 26410 & customer id [protected]. After some time i suggested to purchase for my office too. So purchase there also. I had made my login id with my my mobile number[protected] mi and my email id krishna dot savaj @ gmail.com. Every time i am getting error "this customer email already exist with other mobile number" I had informed the customer care for for this error in 2015 followed by 2016 and 17 also. The technical team of the eureka forbes is not able to still solve my problem. I had made email correspondence lot of time but every time received the the same reply that we are working on your your problem to solve. As i purchased my water purifier online from eureka forbes website, i am not getting a good response for solving my problem. Hence for the future i am stop recommending of eureka forbes product for any of my friends and family. Today date 11/09/2019 i chated from their website and they are also very lazy. The chat buddy hiral is understand my problem and just given a solution which is very old to contact eureka forbes. Even she don't want to understand my problem and disconnected the chat and then onwards i am getting a 15 to 20 minutes chat waiting time. I think eureka forbes is not keen to solve this problem so i called them as a unprofessional company. I think eureka forbes knows only for sale and not for the repairing of the maintenance. As again today i tried for new amc contract but again the same getting error of "this customer email already exist with other mobile number". What a big joke for company like eureka forbes.
