i have purchased aquaguard water purifier through online i.E., through snapdeal on 3.11.2015. I have contacted the customercare number in the aquaguard carton but nobody has lifted the phone and all my attempts are in vain. I do not understand why the ser vice of aquaguard eurekaforbes is that much poor. After a long try the lady who lifted the phone told me that they donot entertain installation for online purchased products. I want the installation to be carriedout by the concerned company immediately kindly do the needful r.Muralidaran cell.[protected]

I suspect snapdeal why it is encouraging sale of an
item for which service is zero.
Eureka forbes has not replied till date.

Eureka forbes is turning as a fraudulent company. The
Company does not provide service for their products purchased
through online.
More than two months have elapsed. Nobody came for
