I have taken a membership from euroasia holiday club on june 25th, 2017 for which i have paid them a huge amount of rupees 30, 000 and taken the documents from them for the same. But now when i want to use the package i came to know that this company is fraud and they have left their offices also, employees of this company (Vikas mithakar - [protected], parth shetty, pravin - [protected], sunil - [protected]) has changes their contact numbers. I want justice for me and customers like me.

I want my whole amount to be refunded by the company also they owe me a apology for the fraud they have done with me.

I am also cheated by eurosia holiday club, i have taken the membership in aug 2016. I have yet not used any services by eurosia holiday club and when i think about that and tried to contact eurosia holiday club and there employees (Apoorva, sapna and all) every ones no is switched off or out of the order.
I have also given huge amount to eurosia holiday club for membership. When i started searching eurosia holiday club on internet i found this website and then i am writing this complain. I am not going to leave this eurosia holiday club free i want to teach them a lesson and i am ready to go for fir and also ready to fight in court.

We took the eurosia membership in 2016. They have stopped picking any calls and all their offices are shut down now. We have paid huge amount of money through our hard earned money. They promised to provide accommodation for the vacations but we could not avail any such facility due to their unprofessional manner. We want help in getting our money refunded. My no. Hii tool their membership in jan 2016 and we never got a chance to use their service until recently i found out that they are closed down their office closed no one is picking up the damn phone their email domain is bouching back
They took 55000 from me in return of 9 years of holiday i want my money back please help me with that if required i can share the agreement paper they got us signed with

Eurosia is a fraud company, i am one of the victims of eurosia who paid them for membership and received nothing in return. I am trying to reach out to them since more than a month but no luck.

I have tried contacting all the person of eurosia but all the no are not working.

I took membership june'16. Have paid membership fees as well as utilities charges sum up to 63000 approx. But now their phones are not working, office is also sealed. I want to refund of my payment and put them behind bars.

They are thieves. Lets fight together to bring them down.

Follow them on facebook, twitter, linkedin all socual media.
Loli khriche, sarkiri singnar, mustak shaikh, noopur pusalkar, ayaz bagwan etc are the concern people.. Just track them together whenever and where ever you can.. Everyone please lodge a complain with yerwada police..

I took membership in chinchwad office which is closed now.
For couple of days i tried reaching them but number was not reachable. Then suddenly one day somebody picked up the call and assured me that your email or request for vacation will be answered but nothing is happening. Their kalyani nagar office's no is not reachable. Please share if anybody have no or let me know if any contact points...

Some days back i was trying to get in touch with their company as i had paid 12months before.

They don't respond in phone and emails.

We there more than 10times got my confirmations and i am still awaiting my hotel bookings.

Went there today and found out their office is rapped up 2 months back.

Email and phone are not working.

Big time fraud!!!...

Whatever commitments they have given while booking right now they are not fulfilling single one. Main thing is even they are not answering our call, not replying to our mails also.

Whatever commitments they have given while booking right now they are not fulfilling single one.

We have booked package on 14th february 2017 (Bad day for us seriously).
And moreover we have paid all the amounts. Still they are not serving us.

Before buying their holiday package,
1. They promise you 6n/7d anywhere in the world with pickup & drop, vehicle for sightseeing, driver cum guide, 3 to 5 star hotels, breakfast and dinner.
2. They promissed to split the package in emi with 0 interest. Also they said it can be cancelled anytime after the first emi.
After you purchase
1. They say we will provide only stay nothing else, that too all the five star hotels are booked forever and you will end up getting a cheap out of the town hotel which is available from 1-2k on any other website.

Wrong information provided just to make me buy their package. No response from agent and then company after you buy thier package. Also whenever i planed to go on a holiday they have reply that bookings is full for this month and next month kindly apply for the another month. I took the trail package of 6n / 7d from eurosia. Now when i am requesting to book the package, they are giving excuse that their system is down for upgradation for 2 months and hence they are not taking any booking for 2 months. Seriously, who would put their system down for 2 month to upgrade? When i called them multiple times, i am not getting any proper answer. I asked to cancel the membership which now they are denying. Their supervior hemanth is not even replying my emails (I sent atleast 5 email to him) and the office staff is not giving his contact number...

The manager of pcmc branch in premium plaza pune was forcing me to buy the package and was insulting me that i can't buy the package. He was telling me in front of your whole team that i can't buy. After many calls from the executive (Ashish patil) i went there as he was telling if i will not come he will not get his salary.
Very bad experience about this company as they can't hire professional people who can even know how to deal with the customers...

I had taken membership from eurosia last month. At the time of taking membership, representative promised that they will provide travel ticket (3 tier ac or flight ticket, accomodation, free sight seen) and lot more promises @ 18500. The package looks very attractive, so i opted for the package and made down payment of rs 9000 and agreed to pay remaining rs 9500 in installment. After payment, they gave me agreement and asked to sign. The agreement does not include all promises, hence i raised question. They assure, all promises would be mentioned in welcome kit which will be delivered by 10 working...

Yerwada police book branch in-charge of eurosia holiday club for cheating scores

The yerwada police station has registered several complaints against the management of eurosia holiday club, with the complainants alleging that the firm duped them of lakhs after promising vacation and health club memberships. Not only did eurosia fail to provide the guaranteed facilities, it also did not initiate a refund.

Bibhishan gunaware, 30, a resident of shevalewadi, lodged a complaint against the company’s pune office on thursday. Subsequently, the yerwada police registered a case of cheating under section 420 of the indian penal code (Ipc) against hemant bhujbal, branch in-charge of the firm and company director (Mr. Sarkiri signar & mr. Loli khriche). No arrest has been made so far.

Gunaware, in his complaint against eurosia, stated that in may 2016, he got in touch with the firm’s staff, who promised to give him some attractive holiday offers. Showing interest in the proposal, he visited the firm’s office at kalyani nagar, where the staff gave him a presentation on how they have entered into tie-ups with various international destinations. They even assured a stay there at cheaper rates.

“they convinced me to become a member in order to avail the offers. Trusting their word, i paid rs 63, 231 as the membership fee. However, till date, they haven’t turned the offer into reality, nor have they refunded my money, ” rued gunaware.

According to yerwada police, gunaware is not the only person who has approached them with this allegation. Two more citizens — chirdeep suryavanshi and navin barathe — have gone to the cops, claiming that the firm took rs 1.81 lakh from them, but did not give benefits despite owning membership.

Manisha tule, assistant police inspector attached to yerwada police station, who is investigating the case, told pune mirror, “so far, seven to eight people have approached us with the same complaint. According to these plaints, there are nearly 40 to 50 others who have paid the membership fee to the firm, but never received the benefits in return. They all claim that they learned about the attractive offers through advertisements in newspapers and online.”

The police say that some complainants even ended up going to the holiday destinations, but were in for a shock when they were not offered the guaranteed discounts. Tule continued, “there are quite a few people, who went to the vacation spot, but did not get the discounts. After they enquired about this with the firm, they were offered cheques, which later bounced.”

At present, the police are investigating the number of people being lured and duped by the firm. Based on this information, the cops will call the firm management for questioning. Mirror attempted contacting the firm’s officials, but no one was available for a comment.
