The manager of PCMC branch in premium plaza pune was forcing me to buy the package and was insulting me that I can't buy the package.He was telling me in front of your whole team that I can't buy. After many calls from the executive (Ashish patil ) I went there as he was telling if I will not come he will not get his salary .
Very bad experience about this company as they can't hire professional people who can even know how to deal with the customers ..

I had taken membership from eurosia last month. at the time of taking membership, representative promised that they will provide travel ticket (3 tier ac or flight ticket, accomodation, free sight seen) and lot more promises @ 18500. the package looks very attractive, so i opted for the package and made down payment of rs 9000 and agreed to pay remaining rs 9500 in installment. after payment, they gave me agreement and asked to sign. the agreement does not include all promises, hence i raised question. they assure, all promises would be mentioned in welcome kit which will be delivered by 10 working days. it was smelling fishy. hence next day i called customer care and told everything. they assure me that all promised would be mentioned in welcome kit. then i also drop them a mail mentioning all discussion.

Even after one month and half month, i didn't received welcome kit. hence i called, visit their office, mail them regarding that. but still i could not received welcome kit.

My doubt become by believe. hence i asked them for holiday booking. now they are showing their color. they said they will only provide accomodation, nothing else.

They are fraud company. their office is in kalyani nagar.
