[Resolved] Exalt Consulting Placement Services [ECPS] — refund of fee deposit | |
I have registered with Exalt consultancy placement services on 6th Jun 2019. Ms Anitha from Exalt has assured on phone that post registration if ECPS fails to give job then deposit will be refunded after 3 months completion. ECPS support was as below.. 1.interview scheduled with short notice which was not attended & requested for rescheduling however rescheduling was not done. 2.ECPS has asked me to attend interview at VYOM labs, but on visit it is revealed that there is no vacancy & VYOM HR have not asked ECPS for lining up candidates. As per terms & conditions I has asked for REFUND after three months i.e in Sept 2019. However there is no refund processed. ECPS said that contract is for 6 months. After 6 months i.e. in Dec 2019, I again requested for REFUND however they are not responding. Ms Soumya from Grievance team assured immediate support but now GRIEVANCE team is also delaying process & refund is not initiated. Was this information helpful? | |
