Excell Broadband — Unethical Behaviour and Not providing Service as Promised

Hello,

My Name is Srikanth one of the users of Excel Broadband services with Customer ID 101912 with registered mobile number [protected]. Due to this pandemic and offices asking IT people to work from Home. I moved to my Home Town Vijayawada and started to work from home. To meet my requirements I was suggested to opt in for the highest package available i.e 100 mbps and without my knowledge I was billed for Rs 1700 per month. Which I accepted. While I was promised with 100 Mbps speed I was actually getting 140 kbps. To get this issue resolved, I reached out to their technical teams multiple times and have even visited their office in MG Road Vijayawada couple of times. Where I got a chance to speak with their site Manager Mr Sudhakar. He assured issue would be resolved, but hey haven't even cared to resolve this. I was able to find the number of their CEO MR Sreenivas to whom I was able to speak over phone and watsapp. Where he said there is no agreement or assurance made by the Broad band companies to customers that they would be providing the speed promised. This is absolutely shameful for some one who is in a CEO position to talk like this. I would request respective teams here to take strict actions and cancel their business license.
