I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the internet service provider, EXCITEL, operating in my area. I have been a subscriber to EXCITEL services for my office work and have encountered persistent issues that have severely affected my internet experience. Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues with EXCITEL customer support, the problems remain unresolved, leading me to seek your intervention.
I believe that as a paying customer, I am entitled to reliable and consistent internet service. EXCITEL failure to meet these basic expectations.
My complaints against EXCITEL are as follows:
Customer Harassment - they called me more than 25 times in a day please see the attached screenshot they are biggest scammer and keep calling to their customer request you to please take a strict against them.
Frequent Service Disruptions: EXCITEL internet service has been plagued by frequent and prolonged service disruptions. These disruption effected my personal and professional activities.
Inconsistent Speeds: The advertised internet speed is rarely delivered. I have conducted multiple speed tests which consistently show speeds far below what was promised in my subscription plan.
Unresponsive Customer Support: Despite reporting these issues to EXCITEL customer support on multiple occasions, the response has been inadequate. It often takes days to receive a reply, and even then, the solutions provided have not resolved the issues.
Lack of Transparency: EXCITEL lacks transparency in its operations. They have failed to provide clear information about maintenance schedules, outages, or any plans for infrastructure improvements in my area.
I kindly request the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India to investigate these issues thoroughly and take appropriate action against EXCITEL.
