I have installed the excitel broadband in my home and ate the installing the asked for 2000 which is refunable but now i have used plan and return the device and now form the date of device picked it hass benn mire than 100 days and according to their policy after returning the device we have to wait for 60 days then a link willl be provided to fill bank act details for refundable amt and i am calling daily but no reply is giviing and all thr time they transfer the call and say plz wait and call got discconect .

    Mine was a prepaid connection.

    On 28th September, Your service provider for Bharat Nagar in New Delhi -- Mr Imran ( Ph :[protected] sent one of his employees to my residence and collected the Device from me.

    WHY THE HEAVEN You are sending AUTOMATED CALLS to my phone number from[protected] ; 3536 6753 ; 3536 672 ; 3547 445 ; and some other phone numbers Even today and yesterday, I received so many AUTOMATED CALLS.

    Till date, I would have received ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY ( 150) CALLS, This is VERY BAD, SUB-HUMAN and INHUMAN. You please behave like HUMAN BEINGS, but NOT MACHINES / ANIMALS. in fact, because of THESE BLOODY PHONE CALLS, I am SWITCHING OFF my MOBILE for most of the time.

    Kindly STOP such AUTOMATED / COMPUTERISED calls to my phone number .

      I purchased an internet connection from the above said company "Excitel Broadband Pvt Ltd." on 24th of Mar 2022 and deposit a sum of INR 2000/- (Two Thousand Indian Rupees) as deposit money for the router. After one year on 25th of Mar 2023 I got disconnected my internet connection due to shifting my residence.

      No internet connectivity no support

      Every week there is no connectivity. Ground team time is 10am-6pm so if you are working so forget it. They will make you wait for whole week. They dont even refund the security deposit. From last 2 years we have been facing issue every week. They dont change the router as well. Customer support lies that we are sending ground team but no one comes.       Not Funding the Security Deposited Money

      I was using the excital boardband connection in between the periods of my plan, and your ERP got terminated and stopped the internet service. Due to this reason, I was not able to access the internet service. Also, the device was handed over to ERP on May 28th, 2023, which has been intimated to the Excitel Help Desk over email.

      Please refund my security and partial amount as soon as possible; it has been 120 days and no refund...

      I Dr Ayush Saini Customer of your Excitel Wifi Broadband in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur want to raise a complaint... Your technical staff is so irresponsible that even after several times of raising complain of slow net services they haven't took any action since 4-5 days...Please instruct your technical staff to resolve my issue or pls refund my installation money Rs 3500/-..Kindly help and do the needful as early as possible..

        I have paid 5999/- through UPI (PhonePe) to Excitel for 1 year Plan and on their portal it showed failed but I checked with the my bank ( Paytm payments bank) it was successful I got UTR I have shared with Excitel still they are not ready to accept that they have received the payment and denying to give services.

        Please Help and Do the Needful.
        Following I am attaching screenshot with UTR No my bank Confirmation that transaction was successful.

        And Also I Have Got The Confirmation From Paytm Also That Excitel Has Got The Payment . I Am Attaching That Screenshot As Well

          I installed the new connection on 25th August and paid 3538.82 for installation 6 month rent.
          There was problem connection not working on 25th
          Connection started on 26th for 12 hours only.
          From 26th till today 31th August connection os not working.
          And there was no response.

              Very lethargic excitel I did not see. No one is taking cognizance of this pending complaint for nearly six months. The complaint is that the router is not properly fixed and wires are hanging. This is in the first main hall of entry and giving a very shabby look. Pictures and images were taken and put it in website along with complaint. No one is looking to these…I must have rang up general number[protected] nearly two hundred times. Every time, they take the complaint and say the complaint is escalated and I will get a phone call in 24 hours. Nobody comes on the line and the complaint is still pending. Contacted on WhatsApp for more than 1000 times the great sales manager, Mr Sudhakar on his mobile number [protected] and Mr Satya, the marketing manager on his mobile [protected] and sent images of their good work. No response, absolutely ridiculous and fed up making daily call to the general number[protected]. Will the Md woke up and has patience to see these complaints.
              feeling to disconnect excitel after the subscription period is over. SHAME…..

              It’s a dumb and deaf company and employed all blind people who cannot read, hear and understand the problems of customers

                    I have registered complaint to c.care executive (even I don't remember how many times made call may be more than 50times) but they fail to correct the upload speed which is less than 1MBPS. Even my mobile data connection provide 8-10 mbps speed easily than why to choose broadband?

                    I have also sent them multiple mails (to nodal officer as well) and all goes in vein. As I have recharge for 9 month recently and feeling no way out to get rid out from there. At all the time when we talk to them they told that ground team visit to your resident to correct the problem, however, till date none has visited and issue is as it was filling complaint and all my work from home concept suffer and have to visit office to do the work.

                      This complaint email is for the company, named Excitel Broadband Pvt. Ltd. with their registered office situated at Plot No 48, 2nd & 3rd Floor, Phase 3. Okhla Industrial Estates New Delhi - 110020. I have described the issue below:

                      This is regarding an issue which I have been facing from the past couple of months. I had an Excitel broadband connection which I got revoked in the month of April 2023. There was a WiFi device which was installed at my place after securing a security deposit of Rs 2000 with the company. The WiFi router was collected back by the company on 12th May 2023, i.e., about 70 days/ more than 2 months back with an assurance that the security amount of Rs. 2000 will be refunded within 60 days or maximum 60 days. Till date, I have never ever received any email/ call or communication from this fraud company about refunding the security deposit. They always repeated whenever I chased them that they would share a link soon in which I was supposed to enter my bank details for refund. But that link never came via any communication method, neither through an email nor through any SMS. I have got the WiFi device return receipt which was given by their device collection agent. I have attached it for reference. The mobile no. has been changed to +91-[protected].

                      Kindly help me get my security deposit refund of Rs 2000 as this cheater fraud company has been misleading me since the last couple of months and I have suffered enough harassment from their end. I had raised a refund update ticket# 12584710 back on 8th June 2023, i.e., about 1.5 months ago on their portal.

                          I dropped my device at 16.04.23 after connection termination. But didn't receive refund till date. So many follow ups with customer care. But they are muted agents. Even they know excitel gull security deposit of 2500 rs.

                            No resolution even after 3days - no internet

                            I reported a “no internet connectivity” issue on 29/Jul 09.25AM via the Excitel iPhone App.
                            The standard turn around time stated by Excitel is 24hrs.
                            I have made repeated calls to Excitel on 30/Jul and 31/Jul about resolution on this issue but the issue still has not been resolved.
                            On top of that, I cannot cancel the subscription as I am tied with Excitel until Jan/24 as per their policy.

                            The company at the time of buying the service said that the 2000 rs taken as the security will be refunded after 30 days of service discontinuation and return of the wifi router. on 22nd May when I got the service discontinued they said that the security deposit will be refunded after 60 days and it is mentioned on the website. Again after 60 days they are still not refunding the security deposit and the keep on on hold for 1 hour and do not respond to my calls and say that the ticket is raised and you will get your money soon.

                              I was holding an internet services connection account with Excitel with User ID Amit_425. The connection was terminated by me in 17 May 2023. I have Submitted My WIFI Router on 17 May 2023. The security deposit of WIFI Router Rs 2000 was refunded By the company with in 60 days but now it is more then 70 days. I did not get my security deposit refund money and every time I spoke to customer care I was assured if a refund in 3 working days. On 22 July 2023 i have registered a complain regarding security deposit money refund with ticket No[protected] but after 5 days of registering the complain did not get any response. Also Registered Complain On there Official Email with helpdesk ticket id - Tkt3287477. Massage there CEO and Company on twitter but did not take any action.
                              I request the consumer complaint forum Strict action should be taken against this company.
                              I request the Consumers Complaint Forum to refund me 2000 rupees from this company to my bank account.
