Excitel Broadband — refund of amount due to no connection since 3 months | |||||
I have paid an amount of 644 rs to excitel broadband agent mr. Vishnuvardhan reddy (+[protected], and he told my connection will be done with in 2 days. I have submitted my voter id card copy and picture also. Till now no connection has been done, and no one is taking responcibilities to that. Attaching valid bill. I have called 10 times to the custemer care and i have all the responce recorded, they are unable to refund my mony. So need a strong action so that they should not neglet on innocent peple.
