Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention the ongoing issue I have been facing with the broadband service provided by Excitel, a Delhi-based company. Having office in mumbai. Despite repeated complaints and requests for resolution, I have not received satisfactory connectivity for the past two months. As a result, I am left with no option but to escalate this matter to your esteemed Consumer Forum in the hope of finding a resolution.

I have made numerous complaints to Excitel regarding the poor connectivity and unstable internet service. However, the company has failed to rectify the issue or provide any satisfactory explanation for the continued disruptions. I have personally approached their customer support team, explained the situation, and requested a refund for the services that have not been provided as promised. Regrettably, my pleas have fallen on deaf ears.

It is disheartening to note that this problem is not exclusive to me alone. In my building, there are more than three other individuals who have experienced similar issues with their Excitel broadband connections. The company's inability to address these recurring problems is indicative of a systematic failure on their part to fulfill their contractual obligations.

I kindly request the intervention of the Consumer Forum to help me obtain a refund for the services that were not provided as per the agreed terms. Alternatively, I would appreciate your assistance in ensuring uninterrupted and reliable broadband services from Excitel. I believe that it is within your purview to address this matter and bring about a fair resolution.

Enclosed with this letter are copies of my previous complaints, as well as any relevant communication with Excitel, to provide a comprehensive understanding of the situation. I am willing to provide any additional documentation or evidence required to support my case.

I trust in the Consumer Forum's commitment to safeguarding consumer rights and ensuring fair practices in the marketplace. I earnestly hope that you will take swift action to rectify this matter and bring a favorable resolution for all affected consumers.
