Poor service in Indiranagar, Bengaluru

They took almost a month to send a technician to resolve my router issue due to which I had to face so many problems regarding my Work from home.

I had to go for another Internet service provider to keep my work happening. This is very miserable service from Excitel.

Now I have escalated about the same and asking to refund my subscription money. Yet to get the money back. its been almost 3 fortnights....

Not returning security deposit

I have been struggling to get my 2k amount of security deposit from excitel. They have been fooling their customers. We were given date of refund as 12 December 2022 but still sent any info yet. We have created a ticket which is pending since 4 months. They have been lying and giving false details to us. Multiple calls have been but no resolution yet...

Refund of Security Amount

I was holding an internet services connection account with Excitel with User ID [protected]. The connection was terminated by me in October 2022.

The security deposit of Rs 2500 was not refunded and everytime I spoke to customer care, I was assured if a refund in 3 working days. It has been more than 6 months and I have not received the refund, despite the general turn around time is 2 months.

Please look into...

Regarding Security Refund

I had submitted my router to excitel partner for which I deposited 2000 rupees and they communicated that the security will be returned within 90 days after returning the router.
However, I have received only half security deposit (i.e. 1000) and half security is pending since long. The router was submitted in December'2022 but they always said that their team is working on the matter.

Please look into this....

Refund of deposit amount

We had connection ([protected]), We had discontinue the connect due to pathatic service in our area, We disconnect the connection in oct-22, it was about 7 month but we still not get out refund of deposit amount, we had called 100 time in customer care, they always give us time 24 hour to wait .
We are waiting for last 7 month, we loose the hope of our amount refund.
please help in this case .

No network connection

Regarding 1000 refund of ONU device security

I have submitted ONU Device on 8.2.2023 after experiencing frequent disconnection issues in last 15 momths. From 10.2.2023 (acknowledgment date) of receiving onu device by excitel to till date 27/4/2023, I haven't received my ₹1000 onu device refund nor any call from excitel customer care regarding. They always give false assurance everytime I talk to their customer care executives that refund will be issued withing 60 days waiting time....

Refund Related Issue

My broadband account No. [protected] had closed and ONU device serial number ONPL002B50C9 was deposited vide confirmation message dated 02/09/2022 (copy enclosed) and company assured for refund within three months. But after eight months No Refund made till date....

Installation is not done and not responding properly very bad behavior

I have opted for 100mbps connection for which I have paid 3600 and the installation team is not even responding I have customer care and local office but no use they are not taking seriously such an pathetic service not processing refund they just looted me they are scamming people...

Refund Not returning

Hi Team,

I was having excitel connection which we disconnected at 04 Oct 2022 & Devices also summit 16 Oct 2022.
My deposit amount of 2000 Rs not refunded yet. for same i have raise concern on 9th Feb under Ticket Number[protected] & call them multiple times.

yet not received any amount....

Deposit not issued yet

Excitel has not deposited my deposit yet and its been 5 months, I terminated the connection in October and the refund should have been issued by 27th January but they haven't issued any refund. I have called them many times from last 2 months and they aren't issuing any refund and giving me time again and again and asking me to wait every time i call them.
Please contact them and ask them to issue refund. It will really helpful for...

Security Deposit Money Refund

My security deposit money not refunded from excitel till now how ever 5 months about to complete. ONU refund not processed

I am chasing Excitel since last 1 month for the ONU device deposited to them 4 month ago. Calling them daily with general waiting time 40 minutes. They are not sending refund. They are fraud....

Wrongful suspension of internet services

My internet connection was suspended without any prior notice or valid reason. The reason stated by the company is the high consumption of data in 4 days i.e. from 7 -11 March 2023 of 410 gb. No data limit was stated by the company in terms and condition of the plan. Comapny is not responding to any email. Customer service is also not helpful....
