My excitel wifi is not working since 2-3 days . When I call to customer care they told us that your complaint is under processing and they are not responding me now I want to complaint that they are nor responding to me if you are able to do It correct then do it else refund my money and remove it from my house otherwise I have to take another step and I will go to consumer court.

    Initially I thought that Excitel would be providing satisfactory after sales services however, I was wrong. I have received the worst services after I have received the connection. I was informed that we have connection in the same building and there is no issue from last 3 months. I was impressed. When I got the connection installed, I have faced the issue from the start.
    No timely response from the technician. He is very rude. He does not acknowledge the issue. If you have the issue, you just can call and call. There is no follow up. If you complaint, they will come and fix and does not even ask if it is fixed/working or not. I have been facing internet issue often and when I am writing this it has become bizarre as I have no internet and my office work is impacted since Friday 21 July.
    I have made numerous calls to the field boy and as informed, he does not know how to talk, how to behave with customers, he is just disgusting. I have paid for the monthly plan, and I am getting no internet. It's high time to switch the ISP but I wanted to complaint for the technician as there is no one here to take ownership.

    - I would require the refund for the plan which I have paid this month(Rs. 824.00) as I have got many issues this month and I have not been even able to work on the office tasks. This has impacted my production and hampered my performance.

    Excitel services has been worst to me I would have to say this.

    My registered mobile number is [protected] and I am from Hyderabad.Very lethargic excitel I did not see. No one is taking cognizance of this pending complaint for nearly six months. The complaint is that the router is not properly fixed and wires are hanging. This is in the first main hall of entry and giving a very shabby look. Pictures and images were taken and put it in website along with complaint. No one is looking to these…I must have rang up general number[protected] nearly two hundred times. Every time, they take the complaint and say the complaint is escalated and I will get a phone call in 24 hours. Nobody comes on the line and the complaint is still pending. Contacted on WhatsApp for more than 1000 times the great sales manager, Mr Sudhakar on his mobile number [protected] and Mr Satya, the marketing manager on his mobile [protected] and sent images of their good work. No response, absolutely ridiculous and fed up making daily call to the general number[protected]. Will the Md woke up and has patience to see these complaints.
    feeling to disconnect excitel after the subscription period is over. SHAME…..
    Worst services, I have not seen.

      Hi I am new customer to excitel from the day 1 I am facing lot of buffer issue even after lot of complaints no use automatically ticket are getting close by writing wrong comments i took 300mbps pack but I never got near to that also

        Hi Team,

        I had surrendered my ONU device in March 2023 and have still not got the refund of Rs 1000. I have talked atleast 20 times with the customer care team but no 1 gives me clear answers or process the refund, everytime they ask for 2 weeks time saying it'll get resolved.

          In the last 2 days my internet is not working, I have called multiple times my local excitel internet provider to fix it, however he is saying the same thing i am coming, it will take only few minutes, but he didn't come and making tons of excuses. Whenever i asked him, the behavior of the customer support was pathetic and after some time he blocked my number. no response come out from excitel customer support. DON'T WAISTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY TO PURCHASE EXCITEL INTERNET SERVICES. IT'S A HEADACHE TO CONNECT CALL IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT ALL EMPLOYEES ARE UNEXPERIENCED.

                My internet loss light is blinking internet is totally loss have raised the ticket on exitel app, also contacted with excited customer support number but they where unable to help me after 2 days they where not connecting my phone to customer support I'm totally frustrated totally disappointed, i have no words to response how bad im feeling, now this is the 8th day but internet is not resolved and no one responding.. no updated to my issue .. I want quick resolution and full plan once again or refund my whole amount and cancel my connection ... No words to describe how frustrating situation it is..

                  As per my request, my connection with username [protected] was terminated and the device was collected on 25 march, 2023 and the executive told be that it would take 2 months to refund my security amount that was rs.2000.. It has been more than 2 months but I haven't received my security refund.

                  Today, i checked the status of refund with my ticket number i.e 12507574 and it shows your refund will be processed in the next 286 days.

                    Since 17 may my internet services are down, despite having calling the customer helpline number several times. There is no solution to my problem. In the past 80 day i have used connection for about 22 days or so.
                    I have submitted my requests for termination but no response from them in that matter too
                    Its a fraud company

                      Hi,
                      My security deposit not yet refunded and waiting from March 2023.
                      Today, I checked and they have been deactivated my Account and I am not able to login my Excitel Account.
                      Question - When I will get my refund. Please let me know?

                        The Company is not returning my security fees taken at the time of connection of broadband, I terminated the connection before[protected] and company devices were collected on[protected] and its been more than 90 days, I haven't received any communication and there application shows 180 days refund which is not as per policy, I have made multiple follow ups with customer support but not getting any response.

                            I have requested for connection shifting on 11 may. As their policy they takes upto 7 day but today its more then 12 days and now no response from company.whenever I am trying to contact customer support they misguide me and frustrated me.i have already paid for 6th month plan and used only 1 month. They are useless company i request if someone thinking of new connection with excitel please stay away from excitel

                              We have a Wi-Fi connection named Excitel. We are having problems with the internet since 2 days. There is no internet connection from 15th May 2023. We already have called the customer support and no action was taken by Excitel company. They promised to take care of this issue in 4 hours but it has been 2 days. We are getting frustrated and irritated now as we couldn't do our work and office without internet.

                                I availed excitel net services for few months, they have taken deposit amount and after submitting the cancellation request two and half months back they told me you will get back your deposit amount within 60 days but it's almost 75 days they haven't paid deposit amount.

                                I have made a complaint to company's official but all in vain.

                                  We had subscribed for 1 year’s subscription by paying 5999/- for the plan fiber promo 300 for our educational institution, TOPPERS FRONT EDUCATION. We were assured that the connection will start within 5 working days. (ERP: AMAR ELECTRONICS, sales Executive: MOHD. RAFI), we continued following up the local team but were given false promises and till date the Installation has not been done but to our utter surprise when we contacted the customer care we were informed that the connection is already active and installed??

                                  Customer care provided us with the number of local Area sales manager Junaid Khan ([protected]), when we spoke to Mr.Junaid, he was very RUDE and ARROGANT and said do whatever you feel like, we will install as per our convenience, I am surprised that in the era of “CUSTOMER DELIGHT” your local team is so insensitive, this is how you lose the customer acquisition race with the competition.

                                  I have a few questions:

                                  1) Who shall bear the losses which were incurred due to this issue, as my entire educational business runs on online platform and because of the ignorance and arrogance of YOUR TEAM, I have lost lot of my admissions??

                                  2) Due to the loss of connectivity the reputation which was hard earned for last 15 years has been tarnished amongst my prospect and regular students.

                                  3) Mental harassment by your team has caused me health issues ? If anything happens to m its only your company that shall be held responsible for this.

                                  4) My funds are lying in your account for last approx. 45 days, and am surprised that non one in your organization has bothered even contact this OPEN ISSUE. IT CAN BE TAKEN IN THE COURT OF LAW FOR DEFICIENCY IN SERVICES, (NOT PROVIDING SERVICES FOR WHICH THE FEES WAS RECEIVED)

                                  THIS IS NOT ABOUT GETTING REFUND IT IS ABOUT MAKING YOU AWARE THAT HOW YOUR TEAM LACKS CUSTOMER CENTRICITY, AND DUE TO WHICH YOUR COMPANY’S IMAGE IS DECLINING.

                                  HOPE THIS DOESN’T GET REPEATED WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS !!
