My internet loss light is blinking internet is totally loss have raised the ticket on exitel app, also contacted with excited customer support number but they where unable to help me after 2 days they where not connecting my phone to customer support I'm totally frustrated totally disappointed, i have no words to response how bad im feeling, now this is the 8th day but internet is not resolved and no one responding.. no updated to my issue .. I want quick resolution and full plan once again or refund my whole amount and cancel my connection ... No words to describe how frustrating situation it is..

    As per my request, my connection with username [protected] was terminated and the device was collected on 25 march, 2023 and the executive told be that it would take 2 months to refund my security amount that was rs.2000.. It has been more than 2 months but I haven't received my security refund.

    Today, i checked the status of refund with my ticket number i.e 12507574 and it shows your refund will be processed in the next 286 days.

      Since 17 may my internet services are down, despite having calling the customer helpline number several times. There is no solution to my problem. In the past 80 day i have used connection for about 22 days or so.
      I have submitted my requests for termination but no response from them in that matter too
      Its a fraud company

        Hi,
        My security deposit not yet refunded and waiting from March 2023.
        Today, I checked and they have been deactivated my Account and I am not able to login my Excitel Account.
        Question - When I will get my refund. Please let me know?
        To be honest, I am very disappointed for this long delay.

          The Company is not returning my security fees taken at the time of connection of broadband, I terminated the connection before[protected] and company devices were collected on[protected] and its been more than 90 days, I haven't received any communication and there application shows 180 days refund which is not as per policy, I have made multiple follow ups with customer support but not getting any response.

            Worst technical support.. worst internet service.. worst customer support.. they will tell you.. within 24hr they will solve the issue.. but real fact is they will take 4 to 5 days to solve the issue..

              I have requested for connection shifting on 11 may. As their policy they takes upto 7 day but today its more then 12 days and now no response from company.whenever I am trying to contact customer support they misguide me and frustrated me.i have already paid for 6th month plan and used only 1 month. They are useless company i request if someone thinking of new connection with excitel please stay away from excitel

                Dear Sir/Ma'am,
                We have a Wi-Fi connection named Excitel. We are having problems with the internet since 2 days. There is no internet connection from 15th May 2023. We already have called the customer support and no action was taken by Excitel company. They promised to take care of this issue in 4 hours but it has been 2 days. We are getting frustrated and irritated now as we couldn't do our work and office without internet.
                Please look forward to this matter as soon as possible. Hoping a reply from you.

                  I availed excitel net services for few months, they have taken deposit amount and after submitting the cancellation request two and half months back they told me you will get back your deposit amount within 60 days but it's almost 75 days they haven't paid deposit amount.

                  I have made a complaint to company's official but all in vain.

                    We had subscribed for 1 year’s subscription by paying 5999/- for the plan fiber promo 300 for our educational institution, TOPPERS FRONT EDUCATION. We were assured that the connection will start within 5 working days. (ERP: AMAR ELECTRONICS, sales Executive: MOHD. RAFI), we continued following up the local team but were given false promises and till date the Installation has not been done but to our utter surprise when we contacted the customer care we were informed that the connection is already active and installed??

                    Customer care provided us with the number of local Area sales manager Junaid Khan ([protected]), when we spoke to Mr.Junaid, he was very RUDE and ARROGANT and said do whatever you feel like, we will install as per our convenience, I am surprised that in the era of “CUSTOMER DELIGHT” your local team is so insensitive, this is how you lose the customer acquisition race with the competition.

                    I have a few questions:

                    1) Who shall bear the losses which were incurred due to this issue, as my entire educational business runs on online platform and because of the ignorance and arrogance of YOUR TEAM, I have lost lot of my admissions??

                    2) Due to the loss of connectivity the reputation which was hard earned for last 15 years has been tarnished amongst my prospect and regular students.

                    3) Mental harassment by your team has caused me health issues ? If anything happens to m its only your company that shall be held responsible for this.

                    4) My funds are lying in your account for last approx. 45 days, and am surprised that non one in your organization has bothered even contact this OPEN ISSUE. IT CAN BE TAKEN IN THE COURT OF LAW FOR DEFICIENCY IN SERVICES, (NOT PROVIDING SERVICES FOR WHICH THE FEES WAS RECEIVED)

                    THIS IS NOT ABOUT GETTING REFUND IT IS ABOUT MAKING YOU AWARE THAT HOW YOUR TEAM LACKS CUSTOMER CENTRICITY, AND DUE TO WHICH YOUR COMPANY’S IMAGE IS DECLINING.

                    HOPE THIS DOESN’T GET REPEATED WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS !!

                      I have internet issues from past 4 days and raised complaints and contacted customer care multiple times and they promised to send a technician within 1 hour each time I called. No one came till this time, and their Regional partner is not picking the phone at all. I have selected 3 months plan and they dont know how to do their job. I want my connection to be fixed immediately, because I already waited so long.

                        Dear Team, I raised a connection shifting request (ticket no.[protected] on 02 May'23. Today 9 days have passed but they are neither transferring my connection nor refunding my money. I paid Rs. 6000/- to Excitel as an advance rental plan for 1 year and used their services only for 3 months.

                        I got a confirmation earlier that if the services would not be available I will get the refund for the remaining months.

                          They took almost a month to send a technician to resolve my router issue due to which I had to face so many problems regarding my Work from home.

                          I had to go for another Internet service provider to keep my work happening. This is very miserable service from Excitel.

                          Now I have escalated about the same and asking to refund my subscription money. Yet to get the money back. its been almost 3 fortnights.

                            I have been struggling to get my 2k amount of security deposit from excitel. They have been fooling their customers. We were given date of refund as 12 December 2022 but still sent any info yet. We have created a ticket which is pending since 4 months. They have been lying and giving false details to us. Multiple calls have been but no resolution yet

                              I was holding an internet services connection account with Excitel with User ID [protected]. The connection was terminated by me in October 2022.

                              The security deposit of Rs 2500 was not refunded and everytime I spoke to customer care, I was assured if a refund in 3 working days. It has been more than 6 months and I have not received the refund, despite the general turn around time is 2 months.

                                I had submitted my router to excitel partner for which I deposited 2000 rupees and they communicated that the security will be returned within 90 days after returning the router.
                                However, I have received only half security deposit (i.e. 1000) and half security is pending since long. The router was submitted in December'2022 but they always said that their team is working on the matter.

                                Please look into this.

                                  I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction with the OTT subscription I have been paying for and I have noticed a decline in the quality of your services.

                                  The main issue that I have been facing is with the OTT subscription (No credentials provided to me).

                                  Additionally, I am not happy with the way your customer service team has handled my complaint. Every time I have reached out to them with my concerns, they have been unresponsive, and I have not received any satisfactory solutions to my issues.

                                  I understand that glitches and technical issues are a part of any service, but the lack of response and poor content selection have made me feel like I am not getting my money's worth.

                                  Therefore, I would like to request a refund for the remaining months of my subscription, and I would like to cancel my subscription with immediate effect. I would appreciate it if you could process the refund as soon as possible.
