Excitel — connection shifting and customer support

Hi,

This is Farhan from Mehdipatnam Hyderabad, I have renewed my connection and requested to shift connection which is free and told in excitel application. But the executive calling me and harrasing me to pay for more 6 months online and then 550rs extra for shifting connection.

They are firstly forcing me to pay for 6 months connection, and then asking me extra charges for shifting the connection and then when i spoke with them rudely as they demanding and not providing solutions, they started harrasing me and coming to my address and planning to fight with me.

Excitel have hired rowdies who does on site technician work and hired big liars for answering support calls.

When i call to inform them about these issues, they are taking side of the rowdies and saying same like them to pay extra money.

This is the new and real face of excitel.. NEVER EVER GO FOR CHEAP CONNECTION LIKE EXCITEL. WHO PROMISES SAME SERVICES LIKE ACT FIBER NET IN VERY LOW COST AND THEN BLAME CUSTOMERS TO PAY EXTRA MONEY AND HARRAS THEM
