Excitel — excitel broadband company ruined my future | |||
Sir i m a student My English is very weak so sorry in advanced for poor English I m preparing for ssc cgl I m doing online classes for that So i took broadband of excitle company for online classses But few week ago i shifted To another location So i requested to excitel for shift my connection They commited me that they will shift my connection with in 2 days After 6 days still they didn't shift my connection and now they r saying that Excitle is not available in my area Now after few days my exam will be And i prepared nothing bcz of excitle Plz help me sir Was this information helpful? | |||

I had renewed my broad band service . More than 25 days no connectivity and open tickets are not being attended. Requested refunded but no answer.This company seems to have problems now a days. As no one is answering the complaints.Only standard tele operator reply. No technician to attend to calls. Please avoid subscription to this broadband
