Work hampering...last 2 months shifting is pending...called every single day to chased up, every time fake promises by customers service adviser's no resolution yet...finally I requested to terminated...my service today... And I am moving this complainant to telecommunications minister N for my lost I will drag every single recorded call to the Delhi high court and also planning to lash vivek Rana who is CEO of excitel.not sure for what he is taking salary...when he not able to handle the customers situation...he don't deserve to be CEO...gali ka bania Is acha hai...service dae ta hai...few steps left to follow after soo you will receive legal notice... 5084262 ticket Was this information helpful? | |||||

Excitel is one of the wrost company . Excitel is close the ticket without resolve customer problem & and Every DAY make new fake promise to satisfied customer. I have rase complain before 7 days because my Internet is not working they Still not resolve my issue & Close the ticket . Finally I have decided to close this connection and submit there router & take refund my security money . Excitel team says you need to wait 7 days for collection router there after I will refund your security after 30 days. I am waiting when excitel is collect router & refund my money.

Last year we had coper connection, and In that period we usually face many technical issues and most of time network never works, but your team asked us to shift on fiber and assure we would never face the same issues in connectivity.
Recently I get the new fiber connection in hope that this time situation would be not repeat like last time.
But first your team take 4 days to start the router even after advance payment and it's been only 15 days since the connection in which 3 days are network not working, and there is no connectivity which is causing my work.
And your brilliant team is giving the stupid reasons every time, I.e there is no light or monkeys had cut the wire or there is no person available to check. Even I lodge a complaint on your application but your team just closed that without even asking. And in evening after so many calls your team is saying there is no account on my name.
Waste of time and waste of money.
