The internet issues started occuring a week ago and haven't been solved yet. I am stuck in a loop of contacting the customer care, local partners, and customer care again. All keep telling me to stay patient, whereas all they do is nothing.
The local partners of Excitel in my area, named 'Ramji Net' is extremely careless and rude in handling customers. His staff openly cuts my calls most of the time, and when answered, only offer unsatisfactory reponses. Each new day comes with a fake promise of a permanent solution.
Legal actions should be taken as customers aren't being provided what Excitel showcases on the website. Was this information helpful? |
