Internet Issues

The internet issues started occuring a week ago and haven't been solved yet. I am stuck in a loop of contacting the customer care, local partners, and customer care again. All keep telling me to stay patient, whereas all they do is nothing.

The local partners of Excitel in my area, named 'Ramji Net' is extremely careless and rude in handling customers. His staff openly cuts my calls most of the time, and when answered, only...

I registered complaint as my internet stopped working after storm. I had to wait for 2 days when engineer was supposed to visit. He did not visit nor he called me. I had to call customer care 4 times then only engineer visited. To my surprised he asked me to pay extra charges for the wire as he needs to add more. First of all if wire is faulty from the ground, why should the cx pay. I called support team but they are extremely rude.
Somehow a senior member spoke to me said there are no charhes and engineer fixed the connection. 2 days after i saw he did not adjust the wire . I cannot open my balcony door because of the wire. Disgusting and pathetic

    ONU refund

    Hi Team,
    I request for shifting the connect. But as per Excitel Broadband procedure . They first terminate the connection then shift to new Location.
    For this I already submit Router to the Excitel centre on 3rd March.
    It’s been 45 days I’m waiting for the refund.
    I also Shared my bank details manually for refund procedure.
    Still I’m not getting any update or refund.
    Kindly refund my Deposit...

    Now they are not replacing aur ONU device they are refusing us and when i talk them about plan refund they say no to me when

      I have been complaining for 10 days and still they are failing to provide consistent speed of internet. I am not even able to load videos at 480p without buffering

        Due to no proper Response and delay in Installation I have cancelled the Excitel Connection by calling their Customer care Number[protected]
        And they told They will Refund the Security deposit( INR 2000) and Excitel Plan( INR 590 ) but I got only INR 2000 only and INR 590 is been pending for last 15 days..
        Am keep on calling to their Customer care people. But not Resolving the issue and prolonging by telling that Payment team will contact me.. But till now no one is calling and resolving the issue

          I have got this connection installed on 24.2.2022 with user name : [protected]

          my connection stopped working on 26.2.2022 which is almost within 24 hours of new connection, interruption on the for the first day was about 6r than 30min and today again it went off with TAT 3hrs

          I called my customer care for refund as i am unhappy with EXCITEL's services they said they cannot refund my advance that i paid for 6months .

          Please help me getting my money back and due to service interruptions my office work hampered a lot more over calling Excitel over and over and beg them to provide services is bad (they do not talk properly anymore) since they know i want refund.

            The excitel customer service is a joke. I have returned the device in the month of October in 2021 and as of now (Feb 2022), they haven't returned my deposit. When I call their customer care they ask me to contact the local office. When I go to the local office, they say they haven't got back any deposit from company's side. The useless "regional service provider" doesn't pick up any calls and takes his job like its a joke.

              Hi request all, never ever go to excitel Wi-Fi service.
              Without informing customer they stop service forever in local area and getting back our refund of device amount, and remaining plan amount which is not used, they make u like a dog to roam months together.
              I was taken June 15 2021, service of 1year Wi-Fi pack by paying full amount.
              without any information October 15TH they stop the service in local area.
              And after 10 to 15 follow up they collect device and several customer care calls they refund remaining balance after 4 months and
              Device amount 2000 they say deposited to old service provider, who is not at all available . What a foolish way of behavior excitel handle.
              When we shared our ACCOUNT DETAILS, they might have send to our account but as a foolish way they send the person who already left the service providing.
              & Customer care people will take too much time to solve one or 2 day issue. it will be months together.

                Dear Team,

                This is to inform you that i do not have any active connection from Excitel at my home but it is showing on my ID.

                As discussed with your local operator, He issued connection to his friend on my Aadhar ID, because of special offer was available on my ID.

                Kindly close this connection on urgent basis and ask your operator to provide connection on same offer.

                I am following form last 3 months for the connection. now he is asking for 2000 Rupees for security purpose but earlier there was a offer on my ID that there was no requirement of security money.

                  This is in reference to ticket number 7801805 filed on 18th Jan'22 in regard to days transfer requested by us to your team on various telephonic conversations in October '21.
                  I will be explaining the whole issue in detail here so as to make it clear to your team and National Consumer Helpline with whom I have filed a complaint regarding the same issue of false information and wrong doing by your company employees.
                  Me and my Flatmates had initially taken a connection from Excitel starting on 10th July'21 with a subscription for 9 months under the name of my flatmate, ie Nishita Karun. In October'21, we had to shift to a new house and hence we called the Excitel helpline for a transfer of connection to the new place. The concerned team member told us that the procedure for transfer can only take place once we take a new connection with a new id and a minimum recharge. They also told us to raise a termination request for the previous connection and surrender the old device and get a new device with the new connection. We followed the due procedure as told to us by the excitel team and got a new connection under my name i.e Saumya agarwal and "renewed" our connection by recharging and paying again for an additional 3 Month subscription plan starting on 18th Oct'21. It was confirmed to us by the Excitel team hereon, that our remaining subscription days from the initial 9 month plan will be added to the new connection as soon as the new recharge of 3 months ends, i.e on 17th Jan'22.
                  To our shock on 17th Jan'22, we were told by the Excitel team that they did not make the transfer of our old subscription to the new id, stopped our internet connection and asked us to recharge again so as to be able to use the internet again. Once again the Excitel team is asking us to pay more to be able to access the internet that we have already paid for. The problem of non-transferring was made by your team and instead of rectifying it you are asking us for more money, exactly how you did 3 months ago.

                  I hope this matter gets resolved and Excitel resumes our internet service on an urgent basis.

                    I have a broadband connection from Excitel broadband with 200 Mbps speed 2 month before. From 26 Dec i face network problem first time and till now i have called more than 13 times for network down problem that cause loss of thousand rupees for me. Every time when I called on customer care they called 'We ARE SORRY for INCONVENIENCE we are working on IT and this WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN'. I drop a mail to [protected]@excitel.com for full information of my booked ticket for network problem they said THIS IS CONFIDENTIAL WE CAN NOT PROVIDE THOSE INFORMATION TO YOU.
                    I need file a complaint in consumer court for my loss.

                      This company excitel is untrusted company. Without any notice. They disconnected my connection. While asking to customer care .they told that your money would be refunded in 10 business day. I complain on o of kan 2022.Till today there is no call and not even a single penny came to my bank ..what kind of company is this .I want my whole plan money refund.

                        Hi Team,
                        On 9th Jan, 2022 - I called Excitel customer care to get the new connection.
                        On 11th Jan, 2022 - the team came and installed the device, I paid 5000 rupees via google pay (2000 for device and 3000 for plan).
                        It worked only for 15 mins and since then till not it's been 3 days and it's still showing no internet connection.
                        I called customer care 37 times till now, they keep saying 'our ground team is working to resolve the issue' but not even a single technician has visited my place.
                        I read the policy ' they has mentioned if the company does not provide connection in the particular area, company will have to refund the entire amount'.
                        In the pandemic situation, I visited the personally and the local service provider is clearly saying that we won't provide service in this area and they will not refund my money also.
                        Shame on Excitel that in this situation where people are dying due to shortage of money, Excitel is busy in looting the public.
                        I request you to please help me in getting my refund. I need my money back.
                        The service provider is also not passing any communication to the excitel as he is getting commission from other local broadband dealers.
                        And the customer is struggling continuously between excitel and local service provider.

                          I had paid 1 year subscription and since jan 4th there is no internet connection. I have kept following up and they are not fixing this.
                          They are not ready to pay back my money and will only give Security Deposit.
                          They are not taking care of this issue at all. they are just minding their own business.
                          They keep telling they are fixing but not a single person has called me back for a fix.

                              I want to file a complaint agains EXCITEL internet.from past more then 20 days i am not able to use internet because of signal loss. everyday i am calling customer care twice and thrice to inform but everytime they assure me to resolve it within 24 hours but still my problem has not been resolved yet. in this pandemic situation everyone is doing work from home and all they need is internet but from past few days i am not able to do my work and daily reacharging my phone data which is costing me a lot. sometime customer care informed that there is problem in your area and sometime they have gold me that they can not contact my area service provider. now its almost a month and my problem of signal loss is still there. i am really frustrated now and can not think what to do now. i paid the amount in advance and already spent a lot of money on reacharging net data.

                              still my problem has not been resolved and i am stuck now in this situation. no one is listening to me. i am calling on daily basis but my coomplaint is being neglected. i am getting excuses from customer care that they will resolve it but all in vain. now i asked them to terminate the services 3 days back but they are again giving me excuses that they will resolve and when i pressurised for termination then they are not ready to give my security and advance amount back. they said that i have to go to thier reginal office and need to submit their box and again need to wait for thirty days to get my security deposit back. i am now stuck in the situation where excitel is not ready to fix my connection neither they are ready to refund my amount.
                              Also my problem has not been resolved properly and i am stuck now in this situation. I am calling on daily basis but my complaint is being neglected. i am getting excuses from customer care that they will resolve it but all in vain. When i call to customer care they said we are working on it but after 2-3 days again network is down for hours and hours, i lost thousands of money due to network problem. Also i mailed for full information of my booked tickets they said 'THIS IS CONFIDENTIAL we can not provide you that information'. Excitel broadband service is TOO WORST don't choice of it.

                                I have been using Excitel Wifi for the past 4-5 years and I currently have a plan of 9 months, I started receiving net issues around 4 months back as soon as I recharged. I am receiving 20 Mbps download speed, 0.67 Mbps o[censored]pload speed, and 250 jitters along with 20 pings in a plan of 200 Mbps. Even a 2G network 5 years back was better than this speed. Since then I have been constantly trying to get the issue resolved but sadly none of your Executives has been able to solve the issue. The behavior of executives is ridiculous and not acceptable at all. They constantly cut the call after listening to the problem and if I raise a ticket online, they just close the ticket without even confirming with me. I have a FB Page of 200K which was a major source of earning giving approximately 100$ a week and because of the low internet speed issue I am losing all of that money. In Between this year, there was only 1 month for which my internet worked fine, and guess what, that was exactly the time of the year when my plan was expiring and I had to renew it at that time as the internet was working fine for the time being but as soon as I recharged, I started facing the same issue again. Logically I have not been provided with the services for which I paid. Taking more than 4 months to solve the issue and still the issue has not been resolved. I have raised more than 15 Tickets and more than 40 calls on the Excitel Customer Care Number. This unprofessional behavior was not expected from such a big company. I would request you to provide me with a refund of the recharge as I have no hope of the issue getting resolved.

                                  I have been trying to reach the customer service for the past three days regarding broadband service not working. I was told yesterday by a local partner that my connection has been discontinued. I have never defaulted in bills and was never given notification from the provider. I have been trying to reach the company but both the numbers on the website (https://www.excitel.com/contact-us/) are wrong - one is not in service and the other toll free one connects to some medical service like in the US since the prompt is to dial 911. They are not responding to emails or the tickets raised on the portal.
                                  Local partner is also not responding. I don't know how else to contact them and get this resolved.

                                    I am using excitel internet connection from past 1 year with the registered number [protected] and i am not happy with the services. i am frequently facing the LOS issue. i used to complaint for this and your team promised everytime to get it resolved in 24 hours which never happened. Technician never visits or he visits after two/three of my complaint.

                                    I am doing work from home and due to this issue i have to visit to my friends place to get my work done everytime or recharge my phone net which is very costly.

                                    From past three days i am facing LOS issue again and your customer care team provided me only one day extra to compensate which is really not acceptable. one day compensation is not enough as 3 day internet disconnection cost me around INR 700 which is equivalent of one month charge of the service.

                                    I am really upset with the services and the one day componsation given by your team is very absurd.it would be better if i will switch to other services because in anyways i am spending much money by recharging my phone net.
