Excitel — Los red in colour light blinking from lot of days

Excitel fiber they are total scam they took 2k as deposit cash for wifi router which is for5g dual band router it’s useless and doesn’t cover distance at all only with room.I took 100mbps plan but only 50mbps most of time I received.I paid nearly 4K for internet with tax and I received the internet for just one and half month later there is a major problem LOS red in colour light blinking for days they never solved the problem if I ask for refund they say it’s mentioned in website that there’s no refund will be provided they don’t even inform this before taking cash and customer support in chat just copy and paste comments saying that give some more time for days a total scam and they’re app doesn’t not upload security deposit receipt and doesn’t upload gst tooo
