Die to excitel sales person (Satish) mistake, I paid Refundable deposit (2000/-) twice on 26-Nov-2020. He told that the transaction was not success and I would be getting my amount back either same day or next day; so forced me to pay it again. Also he committed that he would give cash to me, in case if both transactions are successful. But he is not responding now.

Also excitel company is not giving the update on the status of the complaint, even after multiple follow ups. No one from escalation team or refund team called me or update me by email or message till date, even after I requested customer care to arrange for it. Dragging this issue for 6 days till now.

      Los red in colour light blinking from lot of days

      Excitel fiber they are total scam they took 2k as deposit cash for wifi router which is for5g dual band router it’s useless and doesn’t cover distance at all only with room.I took 100mbps plan but only 50mbps most of time I received.I paid nearly 4K for internet with tax and I received the internet for just one and half month later there is a major problem LOS red in colour light blinking for days they never solved the problem if I ask...

      It has been 26 days still I haven't got my refund .Due to some confusion within your staff, I have told to refund my ONU
      By execution and bad communication within your customer care staff I have to face such hurdle . Your company has a good reputation still I am facing a great inconvenience, resolve it soon as possible as the given time already extended by 17 days
      Otherwise we have to complaint in the end under the. Consumer act(recently amended)

            I requested your distributer whose contact number is [protected]or wi Fi connection on 08 SEP 20 at A-6/2, AKASH GANGA VIHAR AHIRWAN. The connection was provided on 09 SEP 20 and taken an amount of Rs5500/- cash without any cash receipt. for 3months period, but the connection has been terminated on 08th or 09 Oct 20.
            In view of the above facts, it is submitted that remaining/unused money be refunded to me at the earliest.

              I am using the Internet Broadband service Plan 50 MB unlimited download, for past 2.5 years through Excitel Broadband, Pratap Vihar Ghaziabad, but I found there is no connectivity from last 3 days. Since agent is not attending the complaint/telephonic calls/Messages which tantamount to cheating. However the further facts are brought to your notice:

              1. Already many messages sent on myexcitel app but issue not resolved yet.

              2. Every time their customer care peoples says we are working on the issue & send our technical person for visit. No one visited from past 3 days. I am still waiting.

              3. Possibility of misuse of my plan through your agent is not ruled out specially, when the service provider keeping silence on numerous complaints.

              Thus due to unavailability of Net connectivity for which I paid well in advance, not only my commitments are suffering, but putting me heavy financial losses apart from agony.

                  During this pandemic, due to poor connectivity on mobile networks i am depend on Broadband connection.But Choosing the excitel i done a blunder.More than three days now still they are not able to rectify the problem.I try to call them during morning and evening but always they say the problem will be rectified soon.But the soon is still far away.

                  They have no Time line to give resolution and keep the customer under dark.

                  There is no time line and there is nobody is there to escalate further

                    Excitel is the Worst service provider in terms of customer service. They disconnect my Internet Every night after and it never connects before 7.30 am. That means I have to pay for every hour but I am not allowed to use the service. I AM FORCED TO USE THE NET ONLY DURING DAY AND IT IS A “NO CONNECTIVITY” DURING NIGHT. I called up several times spoke to more than a dozen customer service executives. Every day they come up with the same scripted messages. Its escalated to higher level, It will surely get resolved today. Bear it for one more day and the best sentence “ Is there anything else I can do". I wonder If they are not capable of resolving the issue that is pending for more than a month, how could they ask “if there is anything else"

                    ANYONE PLANNING TO GET THE SERVICE OR SWITCH TO EXCITEL PLEASE BEWARE, THE HIGH SPEED AND LOW PRICE IS JUST TO TRAP YOU….

                    Today I am trying to get in touch with the local operator Which is JSR Broadband in Aya Nagar, Delhi but those people are not even bothered to pick up the call, I am trying continously since 10 am and now its 3.15 pm. Its more than 200 calls since 10 am continously no Answer
                    I have made several complaints and already spoken to various agents and staff of Excitel, But my internet issue seems to be getting worse day by day, I simply want my internet to be fixed which I am not able to use when I need it the most. I told the Excitel people several times that I am working for US shifts and need to have the internet during Night. But they disconnect my line during night and re-connect it in the morning.
                    After so many days of dramatic excuses finally I understand why I am being framed and tortured.
                    As I HAVE MADE AN ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR AN INTERNET CONNECTION FOR 9 MONTHS, BUT THE CONNECTION GETTING DROPPED EVERY NIGHT AT THE SAME TIME AND AUTOMATICALLY RE-CONNECTING AT MORNING BETWEEN 7.30 TO 8.00 AM, WHICH SEEMS COMPLETELY TRICKY AND PLANNED.
                    I HAVE A STRONG FEELING THAT THE LOCAL OPERATOR (JSR) IS DOING IT PURPOSELY AS THEY TOLD ME IF I DON'T PAY Rs.1250 THEY WILL NOT FIX THE ISSUE. ("Agar aap Dual band Router nahi lagaoge jiske liye apko 1250/- karna padega to apka problem solve nahi hoga") THEY SAY IT BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THEM THE ISSUE IS CAUSED BECAUSE I HAVE A DEFECTED "ONU" DEVICE AT MY PLACE. I POLITELY INFORMED THEM THAT IF THE DEVICE IS DEFECTED HOW IS IT SO INTELLIGENT TO DISCONNECT THE LINE AT THE SAME INTERVAL OF TIME DURING NIGHT AND ALREADY RE-CONNECTS IN THE MORNING.
                    Technically there is no such issue with the device because obviously the G1 ONU device which is installed at my premisies is not capable of any such settings where it could be programmed to get disconnected at a particular time and re-connect at a given time in the morning. It is simply a fraudent trick to drag money from a subscriber and forcing them to take a high end device which is not actually needed by the subscriber. They forcefully want the subscriber to pay extra charges as they think we are not paying them anything since so many months whereas we have already paid a lumsum amount for a contracted period.
                    Now if the subscriber is facing any issue with the connection and if that issue needs to be fixed it will be chargeable otherwise they deny to resolve for the sevice which they have already taken charges for.

                    My request and several tickets are pending for since more than 10 days and any request for a callback to get in touch with a superior and authorised person at higher level is not heard, my request for a device replacement is not responded to, Local operators are not responding to my calls and text messages.
                    At the front level I am only getting assurances, false commitments and promises but not any resolution for the issue that I am facing since more than 10 days.

                    I would request if this could be conveyed to higher level of Excitel so that they may put some pressure on the local operation to get this fixed or arrange a qualified technician who will be able to figureout what exactly is the issue and get it fixed.

                      I am fro naraina vihar, new delhi, i had excitel in lockdown may 2020. The complaint i have against the company that
                      1.in the website the installation fee is given 500 inr and the line man shamim charged me 700 inr. And that also without any receipt and no fixing of wire

                      2. I have subscribed for 1 year in advance and in every 2/3 days there is no internet, complain in app is not processed and not even by the area man of excitel resolved

                      3. If company is unable to fullfill his promises and services then please return my hard money which i pay in advance. Because as per excitel i paid for 12 months but present situation i will be getting services for 6 yo 8 months.

                      4. Excitel app is also not working nicely but very slow and mot accepting new complaint of no internet from last 2 days as old one nt resolved.

                        Who exactly are chit fund scammers? The kind of people who offer giant returns on your investments or lure you with irresistible offers and then flee with your money right? Service providers who assure of great services, uninterrupted internet or other facilities and then get you sign up for a subscription and barely a month later keep your money and give you no service nor a refund - what should they be called? Are they any less than chit-fund scams?
                        This company Excitel Broadband boasts o[censored]nlimited internet and tries to indicate in its advertisements that you get 50 or 100 Mbps speed at just 600 or 700 Rs a month. Well that is one part of the scam. You get the rentals at such low prices only only the long term plans and not the pay per month plans. The monthly plans meanwhile a preposterously high that you will be forced to opt for a 6 month or so plan. Go to their website and check for yourself. Any company, just about any company will maybe give you a 2, 3 maybe 5 or even 10% discount if you book long term plans. But these guys charge over 1000 rs for their cheapest 50 Mbps plan if you recharge for one month only. But the average comes to around 550 Rs if you do it for a year. But here is the catch, after you subscribe, your internet may work fine for a month and that is it. For the remaining 5 months or 11 months, the speed and the repetitive blackouts will make your life miserable. If you are working from home or studying from home, you're likely to miss out on webinars, meetings etc and be recharging extra data on your phone to use as a hotspot. This will be so on 15 out of 30 days. Their response to complaints is never in less than 24 hours. Like which service provider - be it a DTH provider or internet provider responds to a complaint over a facility that is as much important as electricity in 24 hours? Also, you are reporting a speed issue. If these looters call or email after 24 hours, obviously at that point in time the speedtest will show proper speed. Like what kind of hide-and-seek game is this?
                        Next, their primary goal is expansion and expansion. So whenever they set up a franchise in a new locality, they will ensure to give good service to the initial set of 10-20 customers and then those customers might refer more people. Once they reach their targeted number of preys, that will be the end. Thousands will get on board the 6 or 12 month subscription plans and will be struggling ...like we used to in the days of 2G.
                        Now when I say 15 days, those are 15 days having major blackouts lasting entire 24 hours or at least a few hours. But daily disruptions every 30 minutes are like a part of your life.
                        A humble request or advice to everyone even thinking of Excitel would be to avoid it at all costs. For the sake of saving 100 or 200 Rs a month, do not go after such notorious companies. In the case of major firms such as the likes of Tata Sky, Airtel etc, you can escalate further and further upto the chairperson. But here, you can clearly see they have no intent of giving transparent information about who the stake holders, financiers, principal shareholders are. There is no escalation matrix, no proper information or validation of who the owners are. Typically such companies are only scam companies or chit-fund type thieves.

                            I have been a consumer for the last 4 years with excitel. Last year i decided to switch to fibre from realtime. They took 1000 rupees stating that a basic device will be given and the line will be converted into fibre. The line got upgraded to fibre, but nothing got delivered to me. When contacted the customer care, some say that as i have an old device, no device will be given to me. Thinking that reasonable, i continued with the same old single band device. Truely never paid much attention towards the mess as i had trusted the company for their previous amazing customer service. And everything was just fine.

                            The story starts now.
                            During the lockdown i felt the need of the dualband device, hence i called them. Someone sais, i have to pay another 1000 bucks for a dual band router. No one even asked me about the old router that they were supposed to deliver earlier, neither they asked that what router i was using. Even a manager called me, confirmed that it might take a month for the new device to arrive. I was fine with the delay as well. I gave them the time they needed.

                            After 40 days, when i called for an update on the new device, again someone says, there is no device being delivered, hence you will get you 1000 rupees back. I was actually too late to wait any longer. I told them to refund my money and i will buy my own device. So i did buy a dual band device myself.

                            Now, funny part is they refunded the 1000 rupees but they also have downgraded my fibre to realtime for no reason. I kept calling them multiple times. Everyone says its alright, we will fix the mess. No one does so. I kept raising tickets, no one invetigates, backend resolves complaints without contacting me. No one from the so called useless managers or supervisors do even call me for a reconfirmation.

                            In one sentence, they are keeping my money for nothing. They mislead cusomers. Simple.

                            Is this what i should expect being a customer?

                              I'd raised ticket 596377 on Excitel reg downtime of internet close to 33 hours & counting, this inspite of a company policy of rectifying problems within 22 hours. Still not resolved, I'm sure it would take another 15 to 16 hours for rectification as it's already 9.20pm. I feel I've committed a colossal blunder in opting for Excitel, should've stayed with Actfibernet ( Bangalore)

                                My broadband cable gets broken due to the construction work behind my home. I called the local executive and he asked me to file a complaint and assured it will be fixed by evening. But instead of fixing he handed me the call center number.

                                They assured it will be done in 24 hours but it is still not done and now I am unable to connect with the call center also.

                                  Successfully completed 90+ days of being cheated by Excital.

                                  Today (30 September 2020), I called Excital's Help Desk at[protected] and they confirmed me that 90 days completed for ticket #2640085 with no solution.

                                  Earlier they told me that internal team is working on high priority to initiate your refund but today, they happily told me that there is some issue with this ticket, so they have lodged another ticket #4018762, which will take another 90 days. This feels so cheated and fake.

                                  Please assist.
                                  Last update, I have got from Excital support is on 7 September 2020, that they will escalate this issue til then there is not further update. Also, It's already more than 81 days when they will give my amount?

                                    I am a customer of Excitel Broadband Services in Kanpur. I just got the connection a few days back and I'm utterly disappointed in the services they provide. After a new connection they should immediately provide the user id and password. However, I haven't recieved the invoice of my bill. I contacted the customer care and they said they couldn't help becuase there is no registered number even though I gave them one. The issue was not so big until today I am not even getting the speed of my active plan. I'm supposed to be getting 100 Mbps speed while I'm getting only 2 Mbps. The are not even picking up my call and have even switched off their phone. If anyone is reading this, I hope you understand how fraudulent this excitel company is. Do not repeat the mistakes I did and boycott it as much as possible
