Excitel — payment done to excitel but they are saying payment failed for a successful payment

I have done payment of rs.643.1 to my. Excitel.com website on 27th april by transaction id exc_pt_5ae228f619da1 and was shown failed on their website but payment deducted from my bank account with paytm ref id[protected]. When i contacted paytm, they are saying payment was successful. Excitel website is using paytm payment gateway. They are not refunding my amount.
