Excitel — poor customer service care

Nobody is picking my call regarding my complaint . I have been tried calling the past 5 days but no answer nobody is picking my call.the customer care is very poor nobody care about the customer support .My internet is frequently disconnecting for the past week, I need to connect to internet.They don't even consider the complaint of the customer, company doesn't care.
