Excitel — Refund Issue | |||
Excitel discontinued their services in my area in may 2020 and kept me in dark. They kept on saying that there was a technical issue in line and it was taking time due to lock down. Finally they told me that their regional partner was not supporting and they had submitted ticket for refund. They gave assurance that the router would be collected within 2-3 days and the refund would be processed in 7 days. I have called their customer service them thousands of times literally, emailed them, submitted complaint on their social media page, wrote to their ceo vivek raina on linkedin but all in vain. Everytime i call them, they say that they have escalated the issue and it would be resolved soon but nothing happens. They have caused so much mental pain to me during this covid - 19 pandemic that i can not explain. Not only do i need the refund for due balance but also the compensation for mental harassment.
