Excitel — Regarding Inability to provide service and refusing to refund amount

I had excitel fibre connection installed in my flat on 4th February 2024 for which I had paid Rs 3582.82 in full for a 6 months plan. But since the connection has been installed, I am continuously facing issues and the company is making me talk to their customer care executives without any proper resolution.
They had sent their technician but they were also not able to resolve the issue.
When I asked the company to discontinue the connection and refund me the complete amount as they were unable to provide me the promised service they refused stating they would not refund the amount for a prepaid plan.

I am tired of contacting them again and again with no one to hear, hence i am submitting this complain here.

Kindly help me in getting this resolved and get the money that i had paid back.
