I have broadband connection in Ghaziabad in the name of Ajay Kumar Singhal, Registered Mobile No. is [protected]. From last 5 days there is no connectivity. So many time complaints are lodged at company's customer care no. but not resolved till now. Company has given the field work to person who are selling the connection of other company.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of grave concern regarding the non-refund of my security deposit amount by Excitel Broadband Service. My account ID with Excitel Prepaid Broadband Service is [protected] by the name of Pawan, and I was a subscriber to their broadband service from 11th March 2022. My prepaid broadband account service was expired on 15th November 2023 and due to consistently poor service experienced over the duration of my subscription, I made the decision to terminate my subscription and applied for disconnection on 11th December 2023. The disconnection was finally executed on 26th December 2023. As per the company's policy, a security deposit of Rs. 2000/- was deposited at the time of connection, which is refundable upon disconnection of the broadband service. All necessary equipment, including the device with charger and box, patch cord, and cable wire from the pole, were returned to Excitel Broadband Service on 26th December 2023. Despite fulfilling all requirements for the refund of my security deposit, I have yet to receive the amount. I have made numerous attempts to follow up with Excitel Broadband Service regarding the status of my refund, contacting their service center on multiple occasions. However, I have only received assurances that the refund will be processed soon, without any concrete action being taken. Given the circumstances and the failure of Excitel Broadband Service to fulfill its obligation to refund my security deposit within a reasonable timeframe, I am left with no choice but to seek assistance from your esteemed authority. I kindly request your intervention in resolving this matter promptly and facilitating the refund of my security deposit amount of Rs. 2000/-. I have attached screenshots, taken from Excitel app, for my complaint and their response and delay, for your reference and necessary action. I sincerely hope that the Consumer Court will take swift action to ensure that justice is served in this matter. Your attention and assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and consideration.

      I have an internet connectivity from Excitel. My Internet is down for last 10 days and I am running pillars to post to get the services up but no one in Excitel ( neither Customer Service or leaders) willing to help. Not sure where the customers should go. These kind of Internet services should be completely shutdown.

        I have purchased new broadband plan from Excitel on[protected] and full amount paid.
        Initially representative promised that connection will be completed by one day.
        Till date nobody has come and inquired for installation.
        Tried to contact customer service number from past 2 days and no one is lifting the calls and no response for email also.

        I would like to cancel my subscription and need the money back.

          I continuously follow up with EXCITEL customer care and nodal officer email ID regarding the refund.

          WI FI connection is working fine however Play box TV for TV channels is not working as it's not compatible. Please refund the extra amount back to my Bank account. Refund amount INR 1845.

          Till now I tried to connect many times over calls and sending emails however there have been no responses.

            Its been time since I closed my excitel connection in the month of November 2023 still excitel is not returning my security amount which is disgusting my user id is [protected]. They completely don’t care just keep on saying device is under inspection.

              Regarding Inability to provide service and refusing to refund amount

              I had excitel fibre connection installed in my flat on 4th February 2024 for which I had paid Rs 3582.82 in full for a 6 months plan. But since the connection has been installed, I am continuously facing issues and the company is making me talk to their customer care executives without any proper resolution.

              I am writing to express my disappointment with the continued performance issues of my Excitel Broadband Connection (Account No:[protected], Mobile No: [protected]). Despite repeated complaints to both customer care and Mr Gopal(+91 [protected]), my local area network provider, the problems of frequent disconnections, slow speeds, and complete connection failures have unfortunately not been addressed effectively. Most of the time this kind of disturbance caused my communications with USA clients and my business.

              While I understand the need for troubleshooting, as a 67-year-old customer, I find the repeated requests to perform technical tasks myself inconvenient and frustrating. I believe that, having paid for the service, I should not be expected to act as a technical assistant of Excitel Broad Band. Whenever I register a complaint, your people are closing my complaint without resolving and without my concent. I keep open complaints and your people are closing without my concent. This kind of game play is going on which is not excusable and acceptable. Moreover, we are not able to reach any of your responsible Customer Care Managers of Excitel also proves that the management is escaping in available to reach your customers themselves.

              Given the ongoing issues and the lack of satisfactory resolution for the past six months, I propose a mutually beneficial solution:

               Settlement of my account and a refund for the remaining unused portion of my subscription (August 2023 - August 2024). This would allow me to seek a more reliable internet service provider without further frustration.

               Continuation of the service: If you are confident in your ability to improve performance significantly, I would be open to reconsidering my termination request. However, this would require demonstrably consistent reliable service and a clear action plan to address future issues.

               I believe this approach offers a fair outcome for both parties. While I am open to discussion and finding a solution, I must emphasize that continued poor service may leave me with no choice but to pursue legal action through the consumer forum for compensation and damages.
              I trust you will give this proposal careful consideration and respond with a swift resolution. I am available to discuss this

              Please treat this as a final notice and no further notice will be served for filing the legal case with the consumer forum.

                I returned their router on 13oct after cancelling services. They informed me that within 60 days refund will be provided. Since there was no refund on 13 Dec, I contacted them and they escalated the issue under ticket # 67334923. It has now been 36 days and still no refund. Everytime I contact them they tell me the same story that their team is working on it. Pls help me to get my money back. I trust in the system and leavening this to your respective board

                  I am Ambily Sabu, from mumbai. I took excitel's wifi plan for 1499 rs from my registered mobile number on 2nd july. There was a major delay in installation from the team so I cancelled the plan and requested refund which I was told was then initiated. The payment was made to Mr. Jeetendra Sharma online from sales and have been contacting Mr Wahid Sheikh for refund update since July with very less response from them. I would like to file a complaint for the same and would like to get the refund as soon as possible.

                    Since more than 50 hours there is no internet connection only false promises are made no solutions..a guy name santosh from chembur, mumbai is the guy who is appointed to make false promises and bring connection for them..and once you get connection he is vanish like ..mr.India ...no solution I am exhausted. .with fake promises.
