I've given termination request on 1 sept 2022 and submitted the router properly. Account Name- Vipul449
During installation of ONU Device, It was promised with me that if I terminate the connection, refund amount will be transferred within 7 - 30 days.
Now after 22 months, I'm terminating my connection as their service is not available in my relocated area.
After giving termination request, I received a SMS that I will get my refund within 30 days. SMS screenshot is attached.
But still I didn't receive my refund and 30 days already passed.
In Excitel APP, It say refund will be initiated within 90 days. They are changing their policy without informing me and during my Refund. This is not fair.
Customer care is not responding and hold on my call and I wait n wait and then they disconnect my call. I have also submitted ticket under the Excitel APP but they are not taking action on it.
Please look into my matter and help me to get my refund amount asap.
