Excitel — Security amount not refund after connection termination

On 22 May 2021, | Take Broadband connection from Company Name "Excitel Broadband Pvt. Ltd.". They have deposited INR 2000 as refundable security amount against Fiber ONU device on same day along with 1 year recharge amount INR 5645.12 After Using Service for One Year, I terminated my connection on 28 May 2022 & I got below SMS from Excitel; "Dear Chetan, in order to process refund of the security deposits, Submit the Fiber ONU device with account [protected] and serial GNXS011BA968 within the next 30 days to Excitel regional partner: Devraj internet - Noida [protected] 30, VDS Market Sector 110, Noida - 201301 -EXCITEL" As Per above directions from the Excitel, I submitted the Fiber ONU device to the Given Address on 31 May 2022 and Got below confirmation SMS; "Dear Chetan This is to acknowledge that your Fiber ONU device with account [protected] and serial number GNXS011BA968 has been accepted by Excitel Regional Partner: Devraj Internet - Noida, your refund will be initiated within the next 30 days. -EXCITEL" After Waiting Till 30 Days, my refund not received. Then I contacted to the customer care on 01-July 2022. As per customer care, refund was not initiated due to your account information was not available. So, I provided them my below Bank account information over phone cal; Name- Chetan Account Number - [protected] IFSC Code - KKBK0005304 Bank - Kotak Mahendra Bank, Surajpur branch I have Raised a ticket on myExcitel app on 02 July 2022; On 04-July 2022, I got Below Update on myExcitel app ticket; “Dear subscriber, thank you for sharing your concern with us, we would like to inform you that we have initiated the security deposit refund on (04 July 2022) and it will be refunded back within 10 Bank working days. In case it does not reflect Kindly coordinate with your bank. For further assistance kindly contact us via chat. You can also contact us on our customer support number[protected], We will be glad to help you. Thank you for choosing Excitel.” After this update, Same day I called to customer care for getting update that till when I will receive my amount. On 05 July 2022, I got another update on myExcitel app ticket; “Dear subscriber, thank you for sharing your concern with us, we would like to inform you that we have initiated the security deposit refund and it will be refunded back to you within 10 Bank working days. In case it does not reflect within the given time frame, we request you to send us the latest bank statement so that we can cross check with the bank. For further assistance kindly contact us via chat. You can also contact us on our customer support number[protected], We will be glad to help you. Thank you for choosing Excitel.” On 10 July 2022, I again called to customer care for update of my security refund & they asked me to wait for 10 Bank working days. After waiting for 10 Bank working days, On 17 July 2022, I didn't receive any amount in my bank account. I contacted customer care again and demanded for the Transaction reference Id, but they refused to provide that. And just registered my complain. After that I called to customer care on 18, 19, 22 & 25 July, but same respond from them that we our backend team is working on your complain, we are again giving feedback to our backend team, I have attached call history. On 25 July 2022, After waiting for a long period, i mailed to Excitel help desk "[protected]@excitel.com" Multiple time at once on 25 July 2022 with same content (reply on their auto replies as well), I have attached a file of Email communication with Excitel. 26 July 2022 I received a mail in the morning that my refund initiated and shared Transaction reference ID - INF/NEFT/[protected]/KKBK0005304/Service refund/Chetan. I again called the Excitel customer care on 27-July & asked them to transfer call to their seniors, they transfer the call to seniors, in which computer ask to wait for 1 hour - 2 hour. I wait once for 40 Minutes, after which call disconnected by Excitel team. After this I contacted to Excitel Multiple times via Phone call and Email But still i don't receive my amount in My bank, I also shared my bank transactions a well to Excitel (Reference screenshots, Phone call, Email History & Bank transaction is Attached). I also confirmed with my bank (Kotak Mahindra bank) to check for mentioned transaction Id, But bank didn't received any any amount with such transaction ID. Its about 3 Months that i am trying for my money to be refunded back. But Excitel is responding very casually. I am requesting to the Honorable Consumer court to Take a necessary action against Excitel Broadband Pvt. Ltd. to refund my amount.
