Excitel — to receipt for the payment

We got a new registration for excitel broadband. We gave then rs. 1325 which include tax as well. (They said for cable installation and plan payment).

When we ask for for the proper invoice of 500 rs. (In name of cable installation). They said local vendor will give. No invoice has been provided by them. Neither local vendor is giving invoice nor company moreover, local vendor said, "for installation charges, no bill is given".

When i complained about same to excitel customer care they totally denied. The customer is coming in name of excitel. They are doing cheating who will take responsibility.?

Funny people. And they say themselves an indian company. Make your work quality, automatically company will grow. You are black spots in name of indian company i. E excitel, tikona, sulekha, justdail. Real and white collar pick pocketers of india.
