Excitel — worst customer service | |||
This is in regards to the worse customer service provided by excitel. I had no internet service on 25th may 2018 around 1pm. I called the helpdesk and they said there is some fibre problem and it would be resolved in 3 hrs. I again called after 3 hrs and they said another 3 hrs and finally i again called after 6 hrs and they said another 2 hrs. Spoke to 3 different agents named somdeep, nachiketa. Finally i gave up and when the internet did come it was almost like no internet. Very very slow. I had no time to discuss that further and i thought to leave it for that day because i have already wasted the entire day. Next day 26th may 2018 i checked my internet and it was still running slow, so i called helpdesk again and spoke to agent name arun chawla who said he will log this complaint and will take 24 hrs. I wasn't happy as i run my business on internet and i have already wasted 1 day, so i wasn't going to take it this time. I told him i cant wait and i wanted to speak to manager. First he denied and after lot of request finally put me to a supervisor named ms rajesh ahuja who, i don't know was actually a supervisor or not, kept saying cant do anything and give her 24 hrs. I tried explaining that it is not the first time i am calling and she kept telling me, yesterday it was different issue and today it's different. I requested to speak to her manager as she had hard time understanding and making me understand as well. She denied that. Finally after lot of argument i finally gave up without any resolution and wasting another hours on phone. I then called multiple times to speak to manager and every agent i spoke to denied. I dont understand why the restriction of not letting me speak to a manager and when i wanted their email, advised to get it online and they just wouldn't give me. Wow, what a service. I run my business online and i have already lost 1 lac because my stupid isp just wont help me. And as per law i know if i have paid for a service i know my rights to get details of any manager whom i can report my complaint to. When i am late by 1 day also, they dont give me 24 hrs, they just disconnect my line.in some occasion i have also paid in advance, they never gave me any kind of compensation. I am paying for everyday service and who is going to compensate for my 2 days (Dont know how many more days) loss. This is the worst service i have experienced and all the agents i spoke to did not have any telephone etiquette. I want my refund and want compenstion for what i have lost.
