I am Prathima holding the policy number 00522542 with Exide life insurance. There has been an auto debit from my bank account on 13th nov 2024. I had not authorized for this auto debit instruction.
I tried reaching out to customer care which is now HDFC life insurance. Once I enter my policy number, it says, invalid and exits. I also tried from website. It says, some error and exits. I am not able to reach out to customer care also. I tried[protected]. I also tried[protected]. But once I enter my Exide insurance policy, it says failed to authenticate and exits. I am not able to reach customer care representative as well through this. Even through HDFC website, i am not able to extract the policy details, since it says invalid or something went wrong, please try later. This is really frustrating that Exide life is taken over by HDFC and our money is not in safe hands. Also, further to this, an auto debit is happening year on year from our account.
