[Resolved] Ezeego — Money not refunding even after all possible escalations | |||||
Made a payment of 6000.00 to ezeego travels on 31st march 2016. Before the payments they were constantly in touch with me, however after the payment made they completely stopped the connections. More than 2 months they did not bother to intimate us on any schedule regarding the trip. Me and my friend constantly sent mails / calls to know the details they did not bother to respond on any. After 2 months we did not find this to be trustworthy and requested them to cancel the trip as no discussion was there from the agency end. We escalated this to cox & kings who are the main travel agent behind ezeego, received mails from them to refund the money, however it is now 4 months still no response from ezeego yet.
