1. All ways they charges high 2. There is lots off hidden charges 3. Major difference they have non refundable policy 4. In regards to your above review, please be informed that even Airlines charge amendment fee for travel within 24hours depending upon their policy.
As per our cancellation/amendment policy; you need to cancel or amend the ticket directly with the Airline in case if the travel is within 24hrs. Same is also mentioned on our website.
In case if you have cancelled the booking directly through Airlines, you need to intimate us so that we can check and initiate the applicable refund to your account.
We wish to refute your allegation that Jetairways do not charge amendment fee for travel within 24hrs.
