Hi ezone team kolkata,

I writing this mail in regarding of a complaint against one of your store in "e zone kolkata mani square, 164/1 maniktola main road, kolkata 700054."

On 26/02/19 at 12:22 pm i had pre booked for a samsung galaxy s10+ 128 gb prism white from the above mentioned store. Which at the point of pre booking i was assured i would be receiving my product on 6th of march 2019 or at max 7th of march 2019. Two days before amazon starts delivering its products.

Which on the official samsung website also mentions as an add on benefit for pre booking before 28th of february.

But today (6th march) morning an employee from ezone store manisquare calls me up and says that i will be receiving my product on 8th of march, as the prism white color is currently not in stock. Not 6th not 7th but 8th of march.

Now hearing such a reason after being a pre booker and the very first customer slot for samsungs s10+ model, i felt disheartened and probably somewhere deceived as well.
For some of my friends who have pre booked from reliance digital, great eastern, khosla electronics have already received their s10+ models and that too the prism white color 128gb.

I believe i need a proper explanation from ezone team as to why being one of the largest electronic retail stores in kolkata could not live up to the promises they make to their customers. That too when samsung officially said that pre booked customers will get it on 6-7 march. Before amazon delivers.

If i really wanted on 8th march i would have booked it on amazon from the comfort of my home rather than taking all that effort and time to go up to your store personally.

None the less as from the customer side you do get a really bad review. And probably the last time i will be setting foot in another ezone store.
