I've ordered a kurti and a banarasi saree which is amounting 1050rs including delivery fee and tax, but they sent 4 rubbish materials which is cheapest qualityj.. They even took the cod fee+ debited frm my account.. Could u pls help me.. I want my money back as soon as possible. I've ordered in many sites but for the first time facing this kind of fraud. Please don't create such a misleading sites

I ordered i party wear stitched salwar suit set and they sent me some cheap quality unstitched dress material of different color and design. There is no option available for file a return, the contact number given on the shipping label is not working.
Please arrange the refund and take an appropriate action on the website as they are fooling around people, a clear case of 420.

Ordered a kurti but received a suit piece and now this site has no option of return. Also the site was changed after we ordered because earlier it had all the details such as contact number, return etc. But now as we log in for return the site is completely changed. The suit piece we received is also of bad condition and we dont know how to return it.

I had ordered designer cream kurti010 xl but they have sent a cutpiece orange colour and red one

Kindly check before sending the order as this the bad way people will never place an order if such things happen before lodging a police complain kindly rectify my product and give me a call

Respested sir i have booked 24/12/2017 one dress material in online shopping from fashionfiona website, i received the delivery from fashion fiona on 27/12/2017 and paid amount 530 rupees (Cash on delivery) the delivery was given to me by aramex couriers. After opening the delivery i didnt received dress what i booked instead i received only two pieces of clothes only. This site cheated me i tried alot to contact them i kept mail regarding this delivery to one mail id i have but ididnt received any response from them. Please helpme in this regard and to take the material back and refund my amount

I placed an order on 24th december for three kurties but instead of these two small pieces of clothes were delivered to me where as i paid to the vender 1380/- as it was the cost of kurties. I have ordered a saree in Fashionfiona which cost 634/- but received a bad quality which worth not even 100/- and not at all relevant to the display.

Fashionfiona is a fraud website, they are grabbing money from users for waste quality products, which are not at all relevant to the one's show in the website.
Kindly take action against this website people & Block this suite and arrange our returns.

I have bordered red banarasi silk saree but i got blue chiffon saree that to cheap quality. Very very low quality saree. So plg inform me how to return it and money refund process. I have placed blue colour saree our order no: 12544 dated 22/12/2017 for rs. 490 + tax + cash on delivery charges total i have paid rs.634/-. They sent the very cheap quality silk saree. I received the saree on 27/12/2017 time on 05.41 pm. I want to return the saree to fashionfiona company. But it not working return option. What can i do for that saree amount. So, please take action and take the saree and refund the amount as early as possible. I want the amount most urgent.

I have ordered 1 saaree from fashion Fiona website on 23 of December . Order amount Rs- 634. 00. I got the delivery of this product on 28 th December 2017, got completely different cheap quality saree.
I did not get the customer care number for this to complain and returned the product. They are cheating the customers with this. I am sending the pictures of the product that I have ordered and that of I have received.

Completely fraud site we should register case against them... Block this site. I want my money back. This site is cheating other people also. Looking at the site there is no contact info and no links to return the product. The site seems to be an ecommerce fraud website. Please enlighten the online customers about this. And take necessary action to close the website

I have ordered 1 banarasi silk saree (Banarasi silk material - orange & purple-002). Invoice number - fao 11052. Order amount rs. 633.00. I got the delivery of this product on dec 27th, got completely different very cheap quality sarees

I did not get the customer care no for this to complain and return the product. This is the way they are cheating their customers. I have attached pictures of what i have ordered and the what i have received.
