    I have ordered two kurtis order no. 10510 and 10515 on fashion Fiona.com dated 20 December but you have delivered two sarees... What is dis and there is no any specific no. Where we can contact and complain. It was the gift for Christmas. Your wrong delivery spoiled my occassion... I want refund otherwise send me the ordered product. I contact the written address of surat but no response I got from the site.

      Please take some action against them, and ask them to refund my 1170 rupees back...

                I have ordered two banarasi silk sarees (Banarasi silk material - red & golden saree-001 and banarasi silk material - green & pink saree-004). Order number #10009. Order amount rs.1, 167.86

                I got the delivery for these products on dec 25th, got completely different very cheap quality sarees. I did not get the customer care no for this to complain and return the products. Please help in this regard.

                I have ordered 1 saree & 2 Kurtis. Got completely different products, that to cheap quality. No customer care no is available. Please process return pick up. I let me know process for refund of my money.

                I'm Nimisha on 25 Dec 2017..I had placed order for fantastic Fiona saree 022 ..it was cotton silk with embroidered blouse ie red embroidered blouse with blue cotton silk saree..but I was really wondered that instead of slight variation from image ..it was totally a different plain peach color saree without blouse ..which was handed to me on 02 Jan 2018..

                My rating for this fake site 0...

                U have charged me totally rs. 633.i need my money at least which u have mentioned as just rs.499..for your saree..

                Pls stop cheating customers like this..i[censored] could nt dispatch the displayed one pls stop displaying products..

                I have ordered for floral designer multi color kurti001 of rs. 399 which by including cod n tax sum to be Rs. 527. But I received a different product which is a salwar suit piece of a very cheap quality.

                  This is the worst website, I have ever come across. I ordered floral designer cream and black kurti, and they have sent worst quality suit material and that too it is highly poor in quality. I want to return and get my 526 rupees refunded ASAP. the website doesn't allow to click on return button. Neither it has any customer care number to assist the customers. I am very very angry with the kind of cheating and the service they are giving to make easy money...CHEATERS.
