Axis bank has cheated me of rs. 460 towards fastag unauthorised claim, they have acknowledged their mistake, but closed the ticket without explanation, no response for any mails... Dear sir/madam, As per your provided vehicle image & rc book copy we have analyses the transaction and we found acquirer bank wrongly debited as per their mapper class. We have raised the dispute with npci as on[protected] since there is the tat of 12 days for the settlement of dispute. We are not in position to update the current status of dispute. The final fate of the transaction will be updated after 12 days. Hence we request you to please co-operate with us for the interim period.
