Hello my hdfc fastag has been charged more for 4 times in last month. Details below: Vehicle number: ts13ef0016 Toll plaza: hyderabad orr entry nanakranguda... Exit: hyderabad orr tspa Journey: return journey from nanakramguda to tspa Transaction ids: [protected]/31/2019 12:33:07 am [protected]/28/2019 12:27:10 am [protected]/24/2019 10:48:11 pm [protected]/18/2019 9:07:17 pm The amount that was to be deducted was rs. 10/- as these all were return journeys. Instread rs. 50/- was dedeucted from my fastag for each of these transactions. Please refund rs. 160/- to my account asap. Was this information helpful? | |||

At khalapur toll plaza Dr. 31st Dec 19 late night around 10.19 they charge 173 toll amount . They deducted from fastag account...After travel towards Pune in talegao toll plaza they tell that they charge toll I am telling u can deduct from my fasttag account but that want taken cash from me..plz check this issue and refund my fasttag amount ...

Today I got a message that RS 65 have been paid by me towards toll charges on NHAI ON Jan 1, 1900 for my vehicle. Balance has also been reflected after deducting RS 65. Kindly let me know why it has happened and also how to get the payment reverted.

I have purchased fasttag from axos bank since i had account in that by paying 400rs. And i have not gone for any toll but now again they have debited 800rs i have not given auto debit option also
