[Resolved] Fastag HDFC Bank — fastag unable to recharge

I have been using it to login since activation. But now i am unable to login. It says invalid user id though i have selected wallet id as id type. When trying to reset user id or password the site doesn't work. What other ways of recharge can be made? The tollfree number is anyways busy. I had applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 in(incliding security and top up). The reference number of the application is HFR772836. since then there is no update.

The customer care number given is busy or not being attended.There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys.

NOT ABLE TO CONNECT TO TOLL NUMBERS FOR THE PAST 2 DAYS.
NOTHING UPDATED ON SUBMISSION AND PAYMENT TILL DATE.
