My tv cable signal stands disconnected w. E. F 19sep2029 till date. Screen displays e-111. Fastway customer care was approached for the error displayed on the screen. It was informed that it is for disconnection on account of non payment and advised to approach authorised cable operator. Payment is collected in first week of month. It is not understood as to why the cable signal is disconnected. Cable operator has failed to solve the matter inspite of several request by telling that there is some fault with the system.
