wish to get a transaction password as soon as possible for fund transfer

Sir,
My name is anju s. I've started a selfie account in federal bank (Pappanamcode branch) and i've received my debit card via postal. I've activated my debit card and internet banking. Currently, i'm not able to make any fund transfer as its asking for a 'transaction password' i dont remember setting one. Can you help me to reset or create a transaction password for my account?

I have been trying to transfer funds may be because of network errors the recipient didn't received funds but the money debited from my account.
And it is showing queued transaction from more than 1 hour.
Refund the money in to my account or credit the amount in recipients bank as soon as possible.

fed net online transfer failed /timed out and lost money

Hello, i transferred money from federal bank account to axis bank account through imps with reference number[[protected]]. I got an error message telling that the transaction has been timed out. It has not been credited to beneficiary account or not refunded...
Please help me in this concern..

    I have been charged with transaction charged which I was totally unaware, called customer care and also raised griveance but no response.
    requesting for waiver of interest charges levid in the month of jul and aug bill for 2075.96 and 2124, I was not aware of these transaction charges, u can check my history never I have paid any late bills, was not aware hence requesting for these waiver, I hope u understand my concerns.

        I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out because I have a big problem with my bank account. It's the one with these details:

        Bank Holder name: Himani Sharma
        My account has been frozen, which means I can't use any of my money or do any transactions. This is causing me a lot of trouble because I rely on my bank account for lots of things.

        I've tried calling the bank's customer service, but they weren't able to help me fix the problem. I've been a customer for a long time, so I'm really hoping you can help me out quickly.

        Please can you unfreeze my account as soon as possible and let me know why it was frozen in the first place? It would also be really helpful if you could give me some advice on how to stop this from happening again.

        I really need to use my account, so I'm hoping you can sort this out for me as soon as possible. I'll be waiting anxiously for your response.

          I have opened a federal bank account from app FI its a online account it was running very well till 17th November. when i tried to do transaction suddenly i could not do transaction i tried contacting bank they said my account is active due to our some mistake your account is inactive we will be activating ur account in 24 to 48 hours and after 2 days when i tried again my account still showing active but i could not do any transaction i went to branch where they informed me my account has been freeezed due to cyber complaint but till now i am not notified through email or anything about cyber complaints account still showing active on app please help me solve this issue. they can not just freeze my account without informing me.

              I trust this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to you today with utmost concern regarding a grave matter that involves an incident of fraudulent activity and subsequent loan procedure within your esteemed institution. The purpose of this letter is to bring to your attention the serious issues that have arisen and to seek immediate resolution.Recently, I received correspondence from your bank, outlining a distressing incident involving a fraudulent act committed by a certain staff member. It has come to light that this staff member solicited a substantial deposit of INR 50, 000 from an unsuspecting customer under the pretext of a new and unfamiliar policy. This customer had previously availed a loan of INR 7, 00, 000 through a policy involving a payment of INR 2, 75, 000. The customer's concern lies in the bank's handling of their legitimate complaint, which seems to have been reduced to merely their signed document.I implore you to grasp the gravity of this situation. An innocent customer and their family have fallen victim to the manipulation of a fraudulent staff member during their visit to your branch. For over four months, the customer has relentlessly sought resolution to their grievance by communicating with various senior staff members of your bank. However, it remains uncertain whether their complaint has even been properly registered within your system's portal.Enclosed with this letter are the relevant contract documents, with specific reference to pages 7 and 8, personally signed by the customer. They have persistently requested your bank to carefully scrutinize the content of these pages, as they believe it holds vital information that has thus far been ignored. The customer raises a valid question: if your bank's staff themselves cannot decipher these pages, how can they expect the customer to comprehend them?The customer's distress stems from the trust they placed in a staff member, which was shamelessly exploited to fulfill certain targets. Initially, the staff member requested an amount of INR 1, 00, 000, and subsequently went to the lengths of offering incentives like mattresses to coerce the customer's cooperation. Additionally, considering that the customer has already deposited INR 2, 75, 000 to secure a vehicle loan of INR 7, 00, 000, they question the necessity of subscribing to an unfamiliar policy that demands a deposit of INR 50, 000.The customer's frustration is further compounded upon discovering that, despite clear evidence of the staff member's fraudulent actions, your institution claims to be unable to hold her accountable. This stance is perplexing, as the customer contends that if the staff member was truly blameless, there would be no reason for the bank to request their account number to address the matter. The threat of withdrawing their complaint only adds to the distress they are already enduring.Moreover, the customer is seeking your permission to assess their investment portfolio, which has suffered significant losses since 2018. Despite their repeated requests, your bank has been reluctant to provide current information about the status of their investments. The customer is determined to gain clarity about the value of their holdings.In light of the issues raised above, I earnestly implore your institution to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter.                 I took a loan for 2 wheeler and the amount has to be auto deduct from the bank but after my 1st emi i had a talk customer service that I want to cancel it because I was paying the amount in cash to the lender and guy told me that it will get cancelled within 24 hours and it was cancelled in May 2022 but after a year on 2nd August 2023 they deducted the amount of Rs.413. Fourteen times if you're saying that we have cancelled why the has been deducted.i want the refund 5782 is not a small amount. This my Account details:

                  I refer to the Federal Banks customer care number.
                  When you dial you hear automated voice. IVR.
                  The issue is the IVR is very poor there are blanks or silences in between and hence you are not able to choose correct option

                  e.g. if IVR is to say Press 1 for English 2 for Hindi 3 for xyz. Then what you hear is something like

                  press 1 for english < silence> press 3 for xyz and like that.
                  So I am unable to make correct choice.
                  I thought it's my phone issue so I dialed from another phone, another number as well as my landline but the issue of blanks in IVR continues

                  I request Federal bank to fix this issue on priority.

                    I would like to invite your kind attention in Kerala,

                    Federal bank is charging extra amount of Rs 25 other than school fees Of Alphonsa Residential School, Bharananganam, kerala
                    from parents those dont have an account with federal bank
                    Fees amount is 4800

                    Which Is not an ethical way of business by compelling the parents have to pay Rs 25 extra charges other than fees.

                            Dears,

                            I am writing this concern regarding the CREDit card bills.

                            This is related to the One Card - CREDit card non-banking financial centre which is associated with Federal Bank.

                            For the month of March 2023, I missed the due date for that they charged me 13000 approximately interest I have cleared that.

                            Later I have not missed any date for payments for the recent 3 months but still, they are charging me interest for what I do not understand.

                            I am writing so many emails and creating tickets but they sending only one reply to pay the overall bill and close the card.

                            Earlier they told me that they will reverse me 1100/- once I paid the total amount

                            Still, they are asking to pay more ₹560.4 to close the card.

                            I don't want to use this ### card and I have already paid everything which is reflected in the App.

                            I want my all-money reversal which is what I have paid towards the unnecessary interest charged.
